I would give zero . Always used music magpie . Thought I would give this one a try . £484 for my 13 pro max . In a screen protector in case . Though might get a little knock down. . Told me screen burn etc . Which it has zero off . £150 now paying the private of £14 to get it returned . Total utter con reading the rest of the reviews . Should have used my head and used music magpie . When I set my new phone up with my old I couldn’t even tell the difference it was in that good condition . Even the girl on the phone sounded like she had heard this story over and over again and was apologetic in tone .

Absolutely shocking they have offered me £15 after firstly offering £146. After 4 emails stating I want it returned I have had no reply only that I have 4 days to except the revised offer which I have said no to. I feel totally ripped off and this shouldn’t be allowed to happen. I’m seeking advice from trading standards now.

Very disappointed with this service My phone was in very good condition, Always kept in a case with a screen protector on and yet as soon as they’ve got their mitts on it the screen is scratched and the back is showing signs of wear, I smell B*** S***!!! Now I could have turned down their poxy second offer but what use is a scratched phone to me? I wouldn’t be able to sell it elsewhere so chose reluctantly to except their poxy offer as my phone was just sitting in a cupboard and I guess £65 is better than nothing. However I would never use again and would advise anyone considering their inflated offer to go elsewhere as the same will happen to you.

DO NOT USE THEM! They will scam you, attempt to rob you and then make you pay £10.50 for a return fee! The trouble I had to try and sell my phone was a joke. Reducing a phone from £190 to £15 for a small scratch on the back. Took it to a small phone shop who confirmed how good condition this was in a was happy to pay me £170.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!! Was quoted £431 i phone 13 pro max absolutely mint condition always kept in a case and had screen protector on - i described it as good although it was excellent but it is a used phone so i thought i would play it safe. Sent off to them they came back with a value of £130 as they claimed it had scratches front and back - absolute rip off now having to pay for them to send it back This company need reporting to someone but not sure who

I was originally offered £141 - but they sent me an email saying their offer would be £15. The phone has a few mild scratches on the face, and that's it - and apparently that warrants an 89% decrease in price, absolute sham. I recommend they sort their business practice out. FYI: If you feel like you've been scammed, talk to an ombudsman, leave a review - don't let them keep getting away with things like this.

I should of been paid Friday, it’s Tuesday and still no payment, offered me less than quoted £100 less, due to wear and tear, the phone has been kept in a case, and was in really good condition, it’s 3 years old, so obviously it would show on the buttons that I have used them, I’m still waiting for payment, absolutely shocking, really disappointed and will never use or recommend this company to anyone, last phone I sold, to rival company, I had no problems at all, yes I do think I have been scammed and now I have to fight for my money, when you have mh issues, this is not good.

I would give them less than 1 if I could. They are complete scam artists. Offered me £190 initially and then £0 when they got my phone. You can only accept offers on their website but you can't reject them. So you have to call them and pay for £30 for a return. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

Same as everyone else. Sadly only read the reviews afterwards. Great valuation. But when it’s tested the value comes down. Was offered £291 and then once “inspected” was offered £50 and was told it was faulty. Have now received my phone back. Had it tested elsewhere and was offered £185. They definitely over value to get you to send it and then tell you it’s faulty. Wouldn’t send anything to them again. Stay clear of this company.

So I had a S22, 18 months old, a couple of very minor scratches, outer casing in great condition. Online suggested value £195. Realised couple of minor scratches so understood price would drop a bit. Was offered £30. Rejected, received counter offer £40.75. Asked for handset back, paid £10 for phone to be returned. Took to local shop sold for £110. Beware, scam. Don't pay phone value.

I was quoted £196 for my iPhone 12 which had always been kept in a leather case and was in very good condition. When wbap received they changed their valuation to £105. Some scratches apparently showed up under some sort of lamp on the screen. I asked for the phone to be returned and they had the nerve to want to charge me £10 for the privilege. In the end they upped the offer to £120 which I reluctantly accepted. Avoid these people like the plague. They are thieving scammers who need running out of business. Do yourself a big favour and look elsewhere.

Feeling totally conned. 12 month old iPhone, been on a leather flip case since day 1. Value dropped from £400 to £270 and their video of the phone inspection unavailable due to technical issues. Cost between £10 & £15 to get phone back. Phone was in good condition but I think to this company that means it has t ever been out its box. Wouldn’t recommend this company!

They over promise on the value of your phone. Mine went down from £146 to £37. They expect a second hand phone to be as good as new to qualify for a “good” rating. Given my i/phone 11 was 5 years old they still misled me into thinking mine could be classed as good, when clearly it couldn’t. Also beware that there are hidden factors such as battery. Despite no mention of this upfront, if your battery isn’t at 100% your valuation will be seriously reduced. I would not deal with them again.

Why didn’t I ready the reviews before I wasted my time, energy, effort and money. Yes they offered my a good upfront price and yes I had answered all of the questions honestly. But once they had my phone it was a different story, they offered me £140 and made up a load of rubbish. Of course it’s got a bit of wear and tear it’s a used phone but not that much. Once I declined their offer and asked for my phone back their tone changed. Very poor customer service erring on the side of miss selling. Please do NOT trust these con artists they have no morals and will not treat you fairly

Without any doubt they’ll offer the highest phone then after their “checks” they’ll say it didn’t meet the grading system. I sent a great Phone and they send me a video of something completely different, reduced the Price by 90% and won’t even respond to my emails when I declined their offer and asked for my phone back

Avoid! They are scamming you - they offer the highest price on the comparison website then when you send in your phone (mine was immaculate, would be described as excellent has always had a screen protector and case on) they down graded it to less than good due to "signs of wear" I emphasise there were no chips, scratches, it was boxed and I paid £8.50 for special delivery. They offered £487 and downgraded to £350 and I had to pay £8.15 to get it Special delivery back to me. Don't use them
