“This company are complete scammers! Do not expect to be paid the offer price. You will be lucky to get half of it. They will then charge you £10.75 to return your phone. Absolute scammers! I sent my S22, which was in great condition when I sent it. They then told me it was in average condition. I know for a fact that it was in great condition, as it was extremely well looked after.”
“Ridiculous company! I was offered £189, so sent my phone which is in immaculate condition (no screen cracks, scratches etc) - They send a 5 second video of them ‘checking’ the phone, but there were literally no chips or anything?! I was then offered £0.00 via email, so I called to check if there was an error in which the girl on the phone then said this was because I put in the wrong model of phone (it was an XR but I put in that it was an iPhone 12 by accident), I said I understood but it was still an immaculate iPhone so surely the offer would be a half decent amount, in which she said she could offer me £10.57 for it lol! I obviously declined but to get my phone back I had to pay £10.57 for them to return it to me!!!! They obviously scam people and bank on people just saying ‘keep it then’ or make money from the return postage fee!
DO NOT USE!!!!!!”
“What a scam they are, give you a price online then send you a email making excuses that thrres problem on the phone .dint use this company they will cheat you ,I got my phone back and there's nothing wrong with it . Cheat and scammers don't use them”
“Omg this company are so dishonest. Sent a phone no damage see photos. They then suddenly found heavy scratches to rear and front. Hence reduced my offer from £395 to 295. Please stay clear of this company!”
“I was offered £120
My phone was immaculate and they told me it was scratched. They sent a video but there are no scratches or chips. I was then offerred £10.57. Which is what I had to pay to get it returned.
DO NOT USE”
“Do not sell your phone to this company I send one in really good condition the initial offer was £240 when they received they only offered me £180 there was nothing wrong with the phone, this was the first time ionised this company and will be the last”
“Another victim here, as with so many others, I have been charged over £10 to get my phone back. Interestingly today's Money supermarket comparison site shows this company offering free returns! This is not true.
Ignore all these reviews at yor peril.”
“Same story as everyone else, I just wish I’d read these reviews before dealing with them. Initially offered me £195 for the phone. They didn’t send out an envelope and didn’t reply to my emails requesting it. Once I had sent the phone they acknowledged receipt of it, then the next day offered me £120 as it ‘had slight signs of wear’. The phone is absolutely immaculate, not a mark on it. I honestly think their business model is to offer the highest price, then lowball people when they receive it and bank on people being desperate enough or not have the time so they just accept the lowball offer.”
“Horrible valuations! It is a scam! Gives high price when you select all the phone parameters including genuine phone quality. Then after valuation gives you pennies and ask £10 for return. Do not use!”
“I am sorry that I haven’t read the…
I am sorry that I haven’t read the reviews before sending them the phone. They did to me same like everyone else, send me an offer of £208 and after they reduce it to £141 based on light wear. The phone it is in mint condition! More over they asked ne to pay them to send the phone back insured over £150. This is their liability!
It looks that they try to scam off people and waste your time, better not used them.
My Trade in reference is: CO-T-BUWWA”
“Everyone says the same... get offer price and change it once they receive the phone. They said my screen had considerable wear... not cracked or chipped but worn. I do scroll a lot but come on it's glass. Have asked they return it. Should have read the reviews first and avoided.”
“Offered £140 for my sons iPhone 11, ended up offering £70. I asked for it back and they said I’d have to pay £11 or £14 to get it returned. Kind of forced me into selling.
Bunch of thieves and scammers. Disgusting, steer clear!!.”
“Through top cashback. On receipt reduced offer by £64 stating that it had screen scratch and rear side wear. The phone was in pristine condition. I took the screen protector off the phone before I sent it, it was the one that was on the phone when I received it from samsung, there was no scratch on the screen when I sent it. They have a clause of any imperfection even if it is invisible to the naked eye. It could be just out the factory and they can drop the price on that statement alone. Scam! Do not use!”
“I would give zero . Always used music magpie . Thought I would give this one a try . £484 for my 13 pro max . In a screen protector in case . Though might get a little knock down. . Told me screen burn etc . Which it has zero off . £150 now paying the private of £14 to get it returned . Total utter con reading the rest of the reviews . Should have used my head and used music magpie . When I set my new phone up with my old I couldn’t even tell the difference it was in that good condition . Even the girl on the phone sounded like she had heard this story over and over again and was apologetic in tone .”
“Absolutely shocking they have offered me £15 after firstly offering £146. After 4 emails stating I want it returned I have had no reply only that I have 4 days to except the revised offer which I have said no to. I feel totally ripped off and this shouldn’t be allowed to happen. I’m seeking advice from trading standards now.”
“Very disappointed with this service
My phone was in very good condition,
Always kept in a case with a screen protector on and yet as soon as they’ve got their mitts on it the screen is scratched and the back is showing signs of wear, I smell B*** S***!!!
Now I could have turned down their poxy second offer but what use is a scratched phone to me? I wouldn’t be able to sell it elsewhere so chose reluctantly to except their poxy offer as my phone was just sitting in a cupboard and I guess £65 is better than nothing. However I would never use again and would advise anyone considering their inflated offer to go elsewhere as the same will happen to you.”
“DO NOT USE THEM! They will scam you, attempt to rob you and then make you pay £10.50 for a return fee! The trouble I had to try and sell my phone was a joke. Reducing a phone from £190 to £15 for a small scratch on the back. Took it to a small phone shop who confirmed how good condition this was in a was happy to pay me £170.”
