I was offered £161 on my phone, they lowered the price half ,my phone was in a case and had a screen protector ,I don't think the phone in the video was mine tbh. But they then upped offer by a further £10 to which I agreed and would be paid the following day.im still waiting, phone number 0333445584 Says its my voice box? And not answering e mails. I'm devastated ,I've been conned.enjoy my phone ,karma will get you in the end.do not touch these they are scammers.

Avoid this company it’s a scam offer top value for your phone then when they have your phone give you a revised offer and then ignore your emails and you can’t get your phone back

Without any doubt they’ll offer the highest phone then after their “checks” they’ll say it didn’t meet the grading system. I sent a great Phone and they send me a video of something completely different, reduced the Price by 90% and won’t even respond to my emails when I declined their offer and asked for my phone back

Avoid! They are scamming you - they offer the highest price on the comparison website then when you send in your phone (mine was immaculate, would be described as excellent has always had a screen protector and case on) they down graded it to less than good due to "signs of wear" I emphasise there were no chips, scratches, it was boxed and I paid £8.50 for special delivery. They offered £487 and downgraded to £350 and I had to pay £8.15 to get it Special delivery back to me. Don't use them

I will never use this company again, the views that everyone else has put are true, they mark your phone down by over £100 and charge you £10.75 to return it, leave well alone

Originally offered me £250 for an iphone 12 256gb. Took pictures and sent it off in perfect condition, bar a few scuff marks around the camera housing: They offered £165! They said the screen, side and back of the phone had damage, which I would not be able to see in bad light. The phone was always protected in a case. I asked for my phone back because they are not getting it for nothing. I hope they haven’t deliberately damaged my phone…

If I could give ZERO I would. Offered £221 for my S21 Ultra so sent it off. Took pics before I did so I knew what condition the phone was in, but when they inspected it.... they found screen damage and dropped the offer to £100! The phone has always been in a case and never kept in a pocket with anything to cause scratches. I'd stay away from these guys if I was you. OH MY GOD! I've just rewatched the video and it doesn't look like it is my phone they've 'tested' - The CE mark, the UKCA mark & the pic telling you not to put it in a bin are CANNOT seen on the phone they've videoed & sent to me. I'll be going to trading standards & I'll also be checking the IMEI of the phone they send me back to make sure that correlates with the one held by my network. AVOID

I was quoted £120 for my perfect S20 which has never been out of its wallet case , they then said it had many imperfections ( which was a lie) and offered nothing. They sent it back and it does not look like mine and had the remains of a sticker and glue on the back. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Don't be fooled by the “Best Price Guarantee” sent my phone to these guys after a initial online offer of £295 (Samsung S24 Ultra 5G.. 2 Years Old).. they received it on 24/05/2024 checked it by 29/05/2024 and sent me a amended offer of £80.. I didn't receive the amended offer by phone, email or post, it was on my WeBuyAnyPhone.com online account.. I had 7 days to respond if I didn't the amended offer would automatically be accepted.. Luckily on 04/06/2024 I decided to chase it up and logged in to my online account to find the amended offer.. the only way to contact these guys is via email or online chat.. theres no response from either.. the reason for the amended offer was the Spen didn't work, you can pick one up from eBay for £10.. absolute joke of a company.. God knows if Im even going to get my phone back I cant get in touch with them and fully regretting sending my phone.. Do Not Use!!!

Avoid avoid avoid. Offer a decent price (iPhone 13 pro max £445 then reduced it to £325 with a list of ‘problems’ - a phone always in case with screen protector. Said send it back to me and they offered £375 then £385 absolute chancers.. Do not send them your phone - use music magpie - much more honest

Beware. WBAP will attract you with the highest initial offer, then downgrade your phone’s valuation following inspection. My phone was downgraded from good to poor for “microscopic blemishes” on the casing. They told me it must be “absolutely perfect to be classified as good!”. Took a week to return it, sent it to Mazuma, who did not quibble about the good description. Very disappointing experience.

Same as many others on here. Offered me £50 for an iPhone X in good condition. This turned into ZERO pounds which I refused. They then offered £10.75 - the cost of returning the phone! Dreadful service - be warned

They offered my £81 for my great condition 128G iPhone XR - I stated it was in 'good' condition. They 'reviewed the condition of my phone' and told me it was worthless! They then charged me £10.75 to post it back which at least £7 more then the cost of Royal Mail. They also state in the small print that they will keep your phone if you don't respond in 5 working days. These guys are ripping people off! Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely nothing wrong with my iPhone 11, has a few minor marks on the screen but it’s not chipped or cracked, when they gave me the evaluation they said £143, I sent my phone off and they then offered me £43 lol, and charge £11 to send your phone back to you and aren’t in a hurry to do it either.. . absolutely rip off

CONNED by their original offer of £141 for my excellent condition iPhone. There was honestly not a mark on it, I even polished it before placing it in the original box. I looked in the light to ensure no screen marks. On arrival they then stated there was much wear and tear on the screen and back so offered me £26! I obviously said NO and then was charged £10.75 for return, which interestingly I was offered to be added to the valuation if I went ahead. I have reported to Rip Off Britain TV program and hope this company is called to order. And just to add insult on receiving it back there are now 3 scratches on the screen. AVOID at all costs. I could have got £86 at Argos but didn't do my due diligence, they blinded me and obviously people with the high value. Complete con artists. And I think their 66% on Trustpilot reviews must be bogus or just like me, the actual initial quote and return was very easy. It all goes wrong after they receive it.
