Worldstores, previously known as Bedroomworld {retail finance by Close Brothers] WARNING - PLEASE DO READ THE FOLLOWING: If one is planning to let a room or residence then it could seriously be a costly mistake indeed to order furniture from Bedroomworld/Worldstores! MY PERSONAL ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS DEALER ALTOGETHER. I have had faulty good and missing goods for nearly a year to date, this has been reported on multiple occasions to the dealer. The tactic of Bedroomworld/Worldstores {Close Brothers] is to have a different representative every, yes every time, to respond to you, so you have to keep repeating writing the same problem, as I have had to do. My suspicion is they subcontract out customer services to people working from home hence why the new representative has no clue about your complaint and you have to repeat the complaint like a scratched record and you have to keep doing this until you give up, at least that is what Bedroomworld/Worldstores {Close Brothers] wants – they get your money and you are stuck with the faulty goods. The services are despicable when it comes to faulty goods and missing part and dishonest promises in replacing the associated furniture - from my personal experience Worldstores should not be trusted to deliver and nothing but lies received from Customer Services. Shall be adding negatives reviews on review websites. I was informed in writing by Worldstores on 30 June 2017 that they would replace the two furniture items which still have issues, no replacement has been received and they have not responded to my mails. My personal opinions of Worldstores is that they are: - Devious, - Untrustworthy, - Misleading, - Uncaring, - Liars. MY PERSONAL ADVICE IS BEST AVOID THIS DEALER ALTOGETHER.

My corner suite and 2 seater were to be delivered on the 25th July 2017. I emailed to say it was not here at 5.29pm only to be told that it wasnt even on the delivery van. The next day a woman called Kelly told me to cancel but at this time I had no suite and nothing at all to sit on,I still havent. I have been trying to change the order for another suite but they just dont want to know. I am disabled stressed to bits and I dont have a thing in my living room or any room to sit on apart from my bed. For 6 long weeks I awaited this suite and this is the advice they have gave me. My advise to you is......PLEASE dont touch this company with a barge pole I am broken hearted here and honestly do not no which way to turn.

A dreadful company avoid like the plague they don't answer their phone emails texts. Finally received our order after nearly a month

Awful, goods tried to be delivered a day early, then they couldn't or wouldn't despatch on correct day so arrived 3 days late. Then found out the wrong goods have been delivered. No contact from customer services even though they give themselves 72 hours to respond what a joke!!! Do not use this company!!!

No customer services. Only answers if you want you make a purchase. When they takecoyur money your on your own! Very disappointed. Will not be endorsing this company to anyone.

This company is terrible. Placed an order over 6weeks ago and nothing has been delivered. Having wasted plenty of time on the phone on numerous phone calls I was finally told that the orderwould be delivered today by UKMail and was given a tracking number. When it wasn't delivered I contacted UKMail who informed me that they had not received the packaged! I am now going to fight for a full refund. I only wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I will be reporting the company to Trading Standards and Rogue Traders and I reccommend anyone else who has had a similar experience to do the same.

The order was delivered damaged and missing some screws. Further they were supposed to take the old one away but they had failed to notify the delivery company. This company is an absolute nightmare when you try to get things rectified. They try everything to avoid it so AVOID them like the plague.

Ordered two wardrobes from Worldstores 1 large, 1 small, both delivered so damaged drivers could not unload, wasn;t allowed on back of lorry due to health and safety to take photos, drivers took photos and returned to wareshouse, contacted service delivery, 2nd delivery arranged, both wardrobes delivered so damaged driver again could not unload, photos taken and returned, 3rd delivery two wardrobes arrived in a usuable condtion but both small wardrobes, as family visiting for a few days accepted and could no longer go without, took two days off work for this. Contacted customer service who are completely ignoring fact wrong size wardrobes delivered, at this time 19 emails with supporting photo's emailed, for refund of difference between large wardrobes ordered and paid for and small ones delivered. They want photos of damaged wardrobes returned which their driver took, but I could not take photos as due to health and safety I was not allowed on the back of the lorry. Now in the hands of Furniture Ombudsman. Unless you like throwing money away avoid this company at all costs.

****** AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY DOWN DRAINS ****** Bed delivered without hardware bag. Contacting them was difficult though they eventually agreed to send a new one, saying it would take 10 WORKING DAYS to arrive. 10 WORKING DAYS later and no hardware bag. They largely ignored my attempts to contact them until 5 days later when I left a TrustPilot review they picked up on. They promised to have the hardware bag with me in 48 hours. That has been and gone and still no hardware bag, or even proof of postage or tracking. TL;DR - CRITICAL PART OF ORDER MISSING - "CUSTOMER SERVICE" STAFFED BY LIARS AND FRAUDSTERS AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Even though Dunelm have taken over, the customer service and response you receive is absolutely disgraceful. My daughters day bed was 75% damaged when we put it up. Yes they would replace the bed of course, but this means having to take another day off work unpaid to be there to receive the new one, and the inconvenience of having to take it down when we have decorated the room before the bed arrived. And the response I am getting is that they will offer me a partial refund of £30, but if you accept this then warranty on the bed will be invalidated. I have seeked legal advise from Citizens Advice Bureau and this is being reported to Trading Standards. I will keep telling people how poor your company is until I receive the £60 refund I have requested, and what I am entitled too, due to The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

A month after purchasing a memory foam matress, I complained about the sides dipping, after many e mails and calls, and a technician checking it, they say there is nothing wrong with it, it is so bad only one person can sleep on it, in the centre, I would never deal with this company again, no customer service skills at all, our money is wasted as need a new matress!

I purchased a bed late summer 2016 for my son, the springs have started to be felt in the mattress and he cannot sleep in the bed as it is so uncomfortable, they've had me take photographs ??? and following numerous emails have said they do not change beds or mattresses if they have been slept in !

Failed to deliver on multiple occasions, many wasted days waiting for a delivery that didn't come and they only inform you during the day that you are due to receive your delivery that the delivery is not en route. I had to remove my old furniture in anticipation of the original delivery date, so no sofa or chairs at 39 weeks pregnant. Customer service always tried to help but not very helpful being promised a delivery date to be let down repeatedly by the depot. Very disappointing.

I placed an order for 8 chairs that were reduced to £12.50 from about £80 they charged my credit card and after 2 weeks they had still not arrived. When I asked them what happened to my order they said the line had been discontinued so the will not honour it. I then went online and the exact item I ordered had been relisted with a different product code. The item had not been discontinued they just didnt want to honour the order at the lower price. They kept changing there story when i challenged them. Shocking customer services. Waited 2 weeks, no delivery date, phoned and was told supplier had computer glitch. It would be 1-2 weeks. Now over a month, phoned supplier-Worldstores not paid their bills and account is on stop. Meanwhile waited a month, they had every opportunity to say the item is no longer in stock. I've waited a month for no reason, and a feral cat is suffering outside in the winter waiting for a shelter that will never come.

Got email to say would be delivered on 15\12 I then got another to say 19\12, when I phoned arrow xl on the15th, I got told wardrobe had arrived damaged and I would need to phone Worldstores, who seemed at first clueless.!! They wanted me to re order and I would vet refund when they got other one back! After that was sorted, arrow agreed to deliver chest of drawers today 17\12,, but on checking, I had been sent wrong chest of drawers! Which I cannot get a refund for until they have picked it up!!!
