“I am unhappy with the vase I ordered for my friends 40 Wedding anniversary. There is a black mark in the glass which spoils it and I am unable to use it. I will be returning this for a refund. Jean Somerville”

“ordered a Personalised Love Tiles Poster this is not what was expecting thought it would have tiles on not just printed look very tacky could have created this myself. a very poor image that is misleading looks like a 3d image but clearly not. Denise”
