“Ordered a 40th Anniversary photo frame. Prompt delivery which was good. When i opened it there was a small label attached saying "remove protective cover" but there was no such cover.In addition the clip on the rear was broken. Suggests to me someone had opened it previously and then returned this item but A1 gifts quite happy to send it out again.”

“The frame is lovely just exactly what I wanted. I was very disappointed to find though that you could only display the frame portrait and not landscape as the stand was only suited to portrait display ????”

“ordered a Personalised Love Tiles Poster this is not what was expecting thought it would have tiles on not just printed look very tacky could have created this myself. a very poor image that is misleading looks like a 3d image but clearly not. Denise”

“Brought a miniature clock but it was extremely miniature. And I can't even change the time on it and neither can the my grandad who I gave it to. Was a lot of money for barely anything. Didn't really see anything else on the website so don't know what your other products are like. Was a shame the clock can't be the correct time.”

“I had a beautiful crystal bible that you engraved lovely but the presentation box was a disgrace. (Also it was not in the magnetic flip up lid as described) However it got past guality control I'll never know. i rang A I gifts and the girl I spoke to was very helpful as she had been whilst helping me place my order. She got me a replacement box sent out quite quick, but even though I said the box was not only a mess but the wrong one...I still ended up with a loose lid box. I was annoyed by this because I could have got the same item from a different company but I chose A1 gifts because the sounded better one. Safer when showing people etc. jenny Wilson”

“Website is good and easy to use however the products are rather limited. Especially for men. Men are notoriously difficult to buy for and I was hoping to get some inspiration on the site. However was disappointed to find the products were the usual "novelty" items you see for men everywhere else. Male present sites seem to think that all men like is golf, drinking, cufflinks and fishing! (Mine does not). Kind regards”

“Received my parcel quick.... however it was received completely squashed and as my gift was a box ...the box was squashed and it will be a bit embarrassing to give a squashed box for secret santa! Should think of their packaging more carefully, should have delivered it in a box rather than a large envelope.”

“Disappointed that I rang and asked about the delivery options. I was told that the one cost £795 was a royal mail special delivery which I chose as I work for royal mail in the office it would arrive at. Imagine my despair when i get a text message telling me that it is coming via dpd. Not happy as I won't be in and my neighbours work too. I would not have ordered had i known this”

“Your ordering system was absolutely fine but I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the parcel once it had arrived. Very poor quality. Hardly able to see the personalized name and poorly packaged. Not very appealing for an small child for whom the gift is intended for. Will research any future items I may order I. The future.”

“I ordered the Dartington Crystal Celebrate Ruby 40th Anniversary Bowl with a personnel message on. When the bowl arrived Although it was well packed the bowl itself was full of fingerprints and the engraving quality was disappointing”

“I found A1 gifts very easy to get what I wanted with no hold ups on the web site. It took just a couple of days before my purchased item arrived and this was securely wrapped up with no damage. Yes I recommend A1 to anybody.”
