“The variety of gifts available on line was great, it was straight forward and easy to order which was a positive, the order arrived within a couple of days with no delays, however I ordered some picture frames, and although I am more than happy with both frames, one that I ordered which was for a wedding present came in a tacky plastic box, this made the picture look cheap, I have therefor gone out and purchased I nice box to make the frame look more classy.”

“Purchased 18cm storm glass barometer as a birthday gift for my Dad. Decided to go for next day delivery (following very helpful discussion with customer service operator) as needed to ensure delivery on time for birthday. Good product exactly as described and dad very pleased with his gift. Excellent service - would definitely look to A1 gifts for further purchases.”

“I had no problems with this website. They had a good choice of gifts in the area I was looking for and I found the ideal thing. It was fragile and arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I haven't needed to contact customer services, so I can't comment on that area, but for straight forward sales and deliveries I had no problems.”

“I made a first order via the telephone as I was experiencing a frozen screen with my internet provider, The item I wanted to order was personalised and therefore I needed it word perfect, Whilst talking to the lady taking my request I asked for her opinion too to give me a fully informed choice, This was given freely and was most supportive and appreciated. Even my enquiry of alternative colour was facilitated. After making the order I was concerned and called again and the gentleman that took this follow up call was just as supportive and understanding. Therefore, I will not hesitate to use A1 Gifts again and would most definitely recommend this site to others.”

“Really lovely product, neat engraving but package really let it down. Presentation box was thin, cheap flimsy card and so out of shape that it doesn't close. Lovely gift let down by package.”
