“Good range and service overall. However, the website is not very clear on how to get a personalised card written. It states that this is possible, but then there is no icon to pursue this. Only a minor thing, but it meant I had to use another website instead.”

“Disappointed with one of the two items received,item was broken on delivery had obviously not been checked before being despatched,other item was great very pleased with that one,Customer service was great when phoned about faulty item just disappointed that there was not another one in stock and would not be in for a couple of weeks ,was for a 50th Birthday present . The website was easy to use with a good selection of items”

“A selection of lovely gifts at a reasonable price. Very user friendly website. Easy to order gifts and pay for them. Postage and gift wrapping also not too expensive. I will be visiting the web site again when I need to purchase a special gift.”

“Great gift for my mother-in-law on her 30th wedding anniversary. Good value for money and even though its not pure silver looks good. delivery was as stipulated. thanks you”

“I found the website easy to follow, and ordering was very straightforward. My only criticism is that an idea of postage and packing costs could be shown much earlier in the ordering process. The product I ordered was as described and of the expected quality. Delivery took place within the promised time scale.”

“Ordering was very easy. Delivery was within expected time. Package was extremely well wrapped to make sure there was no damage with loads of bubble wrap. The Photo frame was also boxed - and the pink wine glass too. I think my gifts will be well appreciated - Good all round”
