“I had not seen the gifts as they were sent ordered in Australia for my friends in the UK My four friends seemed to be delighted with them. Although it didn`t say who it was from (so my friends didn`t know either). I would have liked an address written on the back. I think the service is excellent and would recommend to others.”

“Very good service received the item very quickly but didn't get a confirmation email or dispatch email so had to ring up to see when I would receive my item, other than that very happy customer.”

“No problem at all with what I ordered, it was shipped and received in the stated time and is exactly what it says it is. However, how it was delivered was a disgrace. The postman forced it through the letterbox damaging it. Again not a problem with the product but with Royal Mail who I am going to complain to as this was not the only package that day that was ruined.”

“The product was received quite quickly but unfortunately due to my having had to redo the personalisation section a couple of times I had misspelled one of the names and had not realised - but apart from that the vase looks great.”

“placing the order was fine. received a confirmation email which also stated i would receive 10% discount on future orders placed, if I joined the loyalty scheme. Pressed the button for joining, put in my particulars, but each time a "whoops error page" came up which was very frustrating. How do I get the 10% off on future orders.”

“Beautiful box with very colourful picture. Place for engraving but a shame that the service is not offered by the company. It cost another £15.00 to engrave making it a very expensive gift.”
