“I don't usually give reviews but in this case I felt I had to. For our son's birthday, we ordered a drone from A1 Smartshop. Product was delivered promptly but on opening it, we noticed damage on one of the drone's arms. We informed the supplier who suggested we send it back and pay for the freight. For damaged goods, it should be the supplier who pays for it. A1 then suggested that WE had damaged the goods. We hadn't even taken the product out of the box. The company was insulting and mistrusting. A1 agreed to pay for the postage but asked that I pay and they add it to the refund. I arranged for Parcelforce to ship the damaged product and asked several times for A1 to confirm receipt. Total silence from them. I logged a complaint with Paypal who I used to pay for the product and they judged in our favour so we got a full refund on the drone but not on the shipping. A1 have been totally silent. Thank goodness I used Paypal as I am 100% certain A1 would not have even responded to my mails, never mind refund me. Completely untrustworthy supplier who does not respect consumer law in the UK. Avoid this company.”

I saw some dodgy experiences on reddit but decided to try this site out anyways since any payment made would be protected by buyers protection using PayPal. I purchased a Xiaomi band 8 which was £10+ below the RRP in UK as far as I know. The item arrived in a week and It was well packaged, authentic, and am satisfied with my order experience.
