“Andy kept us updated with progress of our camera...arrived within the stated time frame.....I would highly recommend this seller for good customer service”
“First time purchase from A1smartshop, I'll admit I was nervous initially. Never heard of the site, and after doing a bit of research read some negative reviews, people claiming to not have received orders and/or refunds, etc.
However, I've been waiting to purchase a G7 Pro Wireless for Xbox controller for a while. I came across this store offering the Wuchang edition for £62.99.
It was a price I couldn't resist, so hedged my bets and placed an order with my credit card, just in case.
I'll just say, considering this has shipped from China, absolutely amazingly quick delivery! Full tracking was available.
I was of course still dubious, will it arrive? Or more importantly, what will?
Well, I'm incredibly happy! It's here! Ordered 10th April and delivered 20th April.
Packaged well enough, box is very lightly marked, but nothing worse than what I've had delivered from local stores or places like Amazon.
With it being from China, obviously it's Chinese writing on the packaging/instructions etc, which is to be expected and honestly adds to the charm.
It's such an amazing feeling controller, buttons, triggers, sticks. Slightly smaller than an Xbox Series controller which fits my hands much better.
Connected to console no issues, charging dock and controller firmware both updated just fine.
All buttons working as expected.
I've wanted a 'pro' controller for a while, having two buttons on the rear and two next to the triggers/shoulder buttons is much my preference and easier to use in my opinion.
My only concern is how I would stand with warranty, being in the UK and the product being intended for China or that region, but hopefully it's not something I'll need anyway.
A slight disappointment is the charging dock, there's a small mark/chip in the paintwork on the edge (see pic), but for the price I'm OK with it, and that is nothing to do with A1.
I will definitely purchase from them again and will take a browse through their store, I might even buy another G7 Pro!
If your looking to buy this controller, or any other tech, I would recommend A1 based on my experience, thank you!”
“Fantastic seller, second time I've used this site to buy a tv android box. Seller went the extra mile to send me a newer model when them original model I ordered went out of stock.
I received my package within 5 days of it being dispatched. Really happy with the experience!”
“I purchased the Honor Earbuds 4 and wow -they blew me away.I have high end buds from B&O Bose Seinheiser etc but for the money these are incredible. The customer service, point of sale and regular contact from A1smartshop was outstanding-giving real peace of mind- a credit to the industry.I will definately be recomending this business far an wide and cant wait to make more incredible purchases.”
“Very good quality, I would actually say it was a bargain. Well worth the price I paid. Delivery was very quick, will definitely be ordering from this company again.”
“Very good seller. Kept me informed of the full tracking information. My product did take a few days to reach me and I did panic a bit but was well within the stated working day period of delivery. Would recommend”

“Bought vivo TWS 5 Pro, love the sound quality. I bought from A1smartshop because the prices are sometimes cheaper. Delivery was about 10 days to Germany which is normal. No extra fees or tax, those were already in the price.”
“Unbeatable prices, literally the lowest on the whole of Internet.
Shipping was quick as well and tracking number was provided shortly after the order was made.
I would definitely order from these guys again.”
“I got the item I wanted at a much reduced price from that of buying locally. The communication from Andy was great as always (4th time of buying) I have had 3 gamesir controllers for my Xbox and mist recently some Rayneo Air 4 Pro glasses, all came well packaged and in good time. Andy always replies to emails and gives tracking details of packages. I will definitely be using A1Smartshop again! Thanks”
