“I made a mistake when I booked, also my flight was delayed on my way back but all my problems were solved very easily. Very good knowing that I arrived and left on bank holidays.”

“Excellent experience from the minute I arrived at the barrier. Pressed the button got my parking ticket and welcome message with my name, then preceded to park the car 50 meters from the terminal. When I returned it was easier, picked up car drove to barrier inserted my ticket and I was on my way. Would definitely use this car park again for location and the price.”

“This is our second time of using the Priority Parking booked through Aberdeen airport. The parking is excellent with wide bays and just across the road from the airport. However the first time we used it we had obviously prepaid and when we tried to exit the car park we were absolutely horrified to be informed we were due £330. I pressed the intercom to speak to an advisor and explained we had prepaid. She advised that this happens regularly and not to worry. She took our name and after a few minutes raised the barrier. It is not good for the old heart and blood pressure to think you have to pay all that money for a few minutes. We used the car park for the second time in April and had exactly the same problem. We had prepaid yet when we got to the barrier we were advised we were due over £200. Again, we pressed the intercom and had the anxious few minutes before the barrier was raised for us. Obviously this is a regular issue therefore why is this not resolved to save people the awful worry for those few minutes.”

“Effortless, just drove in through the barrier , parked up and went on holiday. No problems, easy to use and a very short walk to the airport. will use the short stay parking again.”

“Slightly more expensive than normal but well worth the extra cost. Under cover especially in Winter is a boon and the wide bays make parking and manoeuvring luggage easy.”

“I found the the parking effortless, the instructions I downloaded were excellent, getting in and finding an empty space was carried out without problem, leaving the site was also no problem, I got to the barrier entered my ticket, however the barrier would not open, I pressed the call button and was connected to an attendant immediately, he confirmed my name and oped the barrier. This is the third time I've pre booked my parking. Good job.”

“Did what it said on the tin - very convenient and the pre book process means no waiting in a Queue to pay for your ticket which is handy when you have spent the last 14 hours travelling.”

“Easy to use, flexible - flight delayed by a day - no problems whatsoever with payment of extension. Friendly staff both on site and drivers of shuttle bus. Will definitely use again. Vehicle recognition meant seamless entry/ exit.”

“Great offer and much better than Taxis. Only issue is camera's at entry always give the wrong registration for car. They read T3GOD instead of T3GOO. Hence always issues getting out of car park under the early bird pre-pay.”
