Too quiet and the drinks weren't well stocked. Hardly any snacks to eat either. i felt like it was a waste of money.

number plate recognition did not work - and my booking could not be found on system despite having the reference number to give them. Resulted in delay in getting into car park and another delay getting out having to go through the explanation yet again at the barrier. Given the cost - I would have expected better..

The car park itself is fine with good access to spaces. Having paid for my parking in advance I had expected to have had no worries about exiting the car park but sadly we were denied exit and had to reverse and spend time explaining the situation to the attendant. Apparently "it just happens sometimes". We were not charged anything further but wasted 20mins which was not what we needed at the end of a long journey.

It is disgraceful that the airport is now Charing a pound just to drop people off !i encourage others to avoid this by dropping off at the long term car park or other suitable place

In hindsight I received the wrong ticket even though I pressed the prepaid button on entry to the car park. I found this out on attempting to exit on my return. On return putting my ticket into the machine I was informed that I owed £88.90. I entered the office building but nobody was available and tried to use the telephone, no reply. I noticed the example of the ticked which should have had a 5 figure number next to the barcode, which my one did not have. I then tried to speak to someone using the intercom, which lasted about 5 seconds then cut off. The same happened the next couple of times I tried. I moved to another barrier with success, only to be told that I needed my ticket. I returned to the barrier next to the "office" to retrieve it and I found it lying on the road. After another 2 attempts with a staff member, I finally managed to exit the car Park. Total time trying to get out was 45 MINUTES .

Booked a few weeks in advance as I knew I would be at the airport hours in advance of my flight. Quite frankly, I expected a lot better for the £37 paid. The lounge was untidy, dirty, and completely lack atmosphere. There were two staff on who clearly were blind to the empty cups, glasses, dirty bottles, and rubbish lying on every surface. The lighting and environment was not conducive to working and so I sat and watched TV which I consider completely unproductive and not what I booked for. I will not be booking this lounge again.

A big problem to go out the parking with my ticket, and I was stuck 10 min outside whereas it was freezing.

Booked on line, when I tried to leave the barrier did not open and said I had to pay forty eight pounds. Reversed from the barrier around all the cars and had to sort it out with the girl who was quite helpful however after travelling back to Aberdeen it is not what I wanted to be fighting up with. David

Catering: poor. Not much of anything was fresh; the croissants in particular would have been below par for a hospital or school canteen. Coffee ok. Ambiance: unevenly lit, old furniture; overall not more comfortable than the waiting area at the gate. No newspapers, just some piles of old magazines. For half the money, I could have enjoyed the "Big Breakfast" at the Globe café in Departures; this would have been better food in a more pleasant waiting area, with an equal provision of power sockets, free wifi, and television. That's definitely what I will do next time.
