“We travel 5 times per year from ABZ, and for a weekend trip, the cost is about the same as 2 taxi fares for us (there and back). The ease of use is very important to us, since we have a blue badge, and require wheelchair assistance. This certainly was the case. First class result, as far as I am concerned, and will use it again at weekends.”

“Everything worked this time as it should. i.e. ticket was recognised as prepaid so a quick exit. Buses were also ready to board out and back.”

“For a 3 day stay was very very good value compared to other car parks. Will certainly use again. Is not too far away from terminal and drop off and pickup was very quick”

“I don't usually reply to feedback requests like this but I felt I'd make an exception in this case. The service was first class. I booked online and collected my ticket with my registration number on it and quickly found a space. No sooner had I got my bags out of the car when the bus pulled up right beside me. The driver said he saw me arrive in an came straight away to pick me up. This was really appreciated after my 3 hour drive. (arrived 7.30am last Thurs 26th April) After my trip, I called the bus and it was there within a few minutes to drop me off by the car. A very prompt, friendly and efficient service and by far my best experience at any airport (this was my first time in Aberdeen) John Rankin Coatbridge”

“Very happy with the service provided. Returned to UK after around 40 hours en route, some 12 hours overdue, including being diverted to Edinburgh airport. Car had flat battery on arrival at 1am on 18th March, but staff member on duty was very helpful, and was able to get the car started within a few minutes using specialist kit. Big thanks to that gentleman, as it was a light moment in an otherwise grim return journey.”
