The price was great. The method of payment, online, was quick and conveninent. We arrived, parked, and later collected our car with no problem. The only issue I had was with the information on the website - or lack of information. The FAQ link does now work. Since it was my first time, I had no idea how the system worked, whether I would be mailed a ticket (or collect it somewhere since I booked pretty close to my flight date). I finally found out through a friend that at the barrier the cameras recognise your car number plate. So, the service itself it great, but the information about it needs to be sorted out.

Very convenient to park next to the terminal, no need for shuttle busses, which can take a while. Unfortunately the access to the car park from the terminal is badly hampered by some construction work. Would they please consider allowing better pedestrian access accross the roads, why were so many of the paths blocked by rails, as if intentionally making it veery difficult for pedestrians to cross, we had to climb over and under rails with our suitcases to get accross.

Very convenient and much cheaper than the short stay car park. Still a lot more expensive than the other Scottish airports though.

This would have been a very good rating from me - based on ease of online booking, frequency of shuttle buses and overall convenience. However, I was delayed on my return journey and had to pay an additional £11 at the barrier before I could exit. This delay was due to flight cancellations and therefore unavoidable. It is not clear to me whether I can seek any compensation for this extra parking charge.

Hi on return from London I thought the bus should of been there on return, I know the flight was delayed but all the more reason that the bus should have been waiting

23/01/15 - booked for Long Stay, but had an early flight check in so arrived at the car park before the buses were due to run. A helpful girl, didn't get her name, directed us to the Short Stay car park and gave us a slip to hand to the attendant there on departure so that I would be charged short stay rates. Very happy with the way this was handled, with no fuss.

Great price, will certainly use again. However the instructions were a little unclear and this was compounded by the fact that when I left and inserted the ticket at the exit, it told me I had £99 to pay, despite being prebooked and prepaid. Contacting the ticket office resulted in me having to reverse and pull into the other lane and wait for the problem to be sorted. Other than that hiccup, it was good and I'd recommend it.

The price we paid was good, but when we arrived at the barrier, the ticket we were given had the wrong registration plate on it and we had to go to the machine to check if this would be a problem when we came back. We were advised, that all would be ok. When we came back from our holiday and we went to the exit barrier, it suggested that we had £184 to pay, when we had prepaid. We pressed the buzzer and after a few minutes they managed to get us out. Maybe you need to look at your registration plate recognition software
