“Fo,und the experience to be excellent, the only problem was my own fault. When I drove into the car park I was pleased to find the first space under cover was empty,when I returned it was to find that. because it was right at the edge, any wind would carry all the dust etc on to my car with the resultc it was completely covered and I had to clean the windows before I drove out. This will not deter me from using the car park again, just not that space. John”

“A very good would have been given except that on the Friday night (at the correct time) the automated system would not let me out. The staff were helpful but it took nearly ten minutes to raise the barrier. Otherwise, entry was good and the bus service was excellent.”

“Access instructions etc. all very clear and accurate. Standards of cleanliness etc. also very good. The only slight 'down' would be the availability of luggage trolleys within the car park, which when we arrived could have been better, and can easily be corrected by car park staff.”
