“Very close to terminal, however £35 for 26 hours I find is expensive.”

“Booking was easy and straight foward, car park was easy to find with clear signage. Finding a parking space needed a bit of doing, it was very full but no real problems, it was a bit of a hike to the bus stop though with luggage, maybe a couple of stops set around the site would be handy for those with lots of luggage/mobility problems? Cost for the time we were away was fine and compares favourably with other such sites. Drivers on the buses were pleasant and willing to offer help with bags. One question, not just about Aberdeen but all long stay car parks. Do you specify that the buses must be bone shakers with the same rattles as all other airports because no one has vehicles which are smooth and quiet? That would be a huge step forward in these days when flying is no longer any sort of an adventure for which people don't mind some inconvenience/discomfort. Modern flying is a torture where the term 'cattle class' is only too appropriate too often regardless of the hassles of security, rip off pricing in terminals and rubbish food on aircraft (if there is any at all). It's a shame that those problems extend even to the long stay car parking! Otherwise flying from Aberdeen for the first time was a positive experience and we would use the airport again quite happily.”

“Good service. However, i had to change cars on the day and trying to amend booking on line did not prove possible. Therefore, i phoned which was fine but the system did not cope with the change when i turned up 3 hours later. Still i was not inconvenienced.”

“Overall very good parking, convenient to terminal etc. I had difficulty when leaving as machine asked for payment again. Second time this happened and should not be”

“Does exactly want you want. Easy to find and the bus is there waiting on you. on my return I picked up the direct telephone outside the Terminal and the bus was at the stand within minutes. A very simple process.”

The barrier did not lift when I inserted the ticket and when I called the operator it took at least 4-5 minutes to do whatever needed to be done. It sounded like there was doubt that I had paid, when I had already paid online. That was the only thing that stopped me rating as VG.”

“I booked online and paid for the carpark. However, when leaving the carpark I was asked to pay. I had to give my name and inform the carpark attendant that I had already paid the fees. The information online was when I arrived at the gates, the cameras would register my number plate ( which I had given online) and on leaving the cameras would pick up the registration and gates would open but in this occasion it did not seem to work. Apart from that all was fine.”

“Great value for money. You can never complain when you get a deal that is cheaper than the long stay car park that is a bus ride away. Could of done with some more trolleys for moving the luggage though.”

“Parking was under cover and as close to the terminal doors as you could hope to get. The parking spaces are wider too which was great. Took a ticket on entry, parked and off we went for our flight. On arrival back we were in our car and away in no time - no worries with machines or payment as it was all done online and upfront. Will definitely use this service again. Booking online in advance was much cheaper too!”
