“Location great, ease of use fantastic but felt it was expensive. It only cost £2 more to stay for eight days as it did for three. Since our three days were over the weekend, I felt there should be a special weekend rate.”

“The parking itself was fine. My criticism of the process was with regards to leaving the car park. I had pre booked the parking. When I went to exit it came up as requiring a £100 payment. I had to contact the office regarding this and it took several minutes to find the booking and resolve the matter. This is not what you want when coming of a flight having booked the short stay parking to be able to get away quickly.”

Good afternoon Mr Mennie Apologies if you experienced any delay in exiting the car park. I have checked to see what the issue was with the delay, it looks like the camera which reads the registration has mistakenly identified the number 4 in your registration as an A. This means that the ticket would not have been issued automatically at entry with your booking details. In future if the ticket does not issue automatically at entry you can contact our team at the entry via intercom. They will be able to manually intervene and send the ticket with you booked details included. This means you will not be held up at all on exit, the delay on exit is that the booking confirmation has to be manually checked and confirmed. We understand after a long day travelling our customers do want to face a delay on exit. I hope you continue to use the service in the future.

“Arrived to drop off car at 4,30 am. Found one parked shuttle bus and no sign of life. Waited 5 minutes- not another soul about- decided I had better "walk" my case to the airport in case shuttle service had not started - met the bus returning from airport about ha;f way there! I might have more faith next time.”

“It was very handy and relatively easy to use. Although pricy, it matched the longstay car park. However, it was not altogether clear which areas of the car park could be used - outside area, sections of the multi-storey or what.”

“I booked parking at the Short Stay car park at ABZ ahead of time using the internet feature. Online booking works well. The barriers read car number plate on arrival which makes it easier to enter. Now for the design errors. The Car Park is designed such that pedestrians have to cross several lanes of traffic in order to get to the terminal. An accident waiting to happen. As far as I can see if you decide to try parking downstairs first you have no way to reverse your decision and return to the multi-story car park. There is no indication around the car park of where spaces are located. The bike rack is unhelpfully some distance away from the main access to the terminal. There is no covered walkway from the car park to the airport terminal.....in poor weather which we get a lot of in Aberdeen this can be a REAL problem.”
