“Handy location, a 5 min walk or very short bus ride. All went to plan. Number plate recognition worked first time. All very pleasing and just the way it should be, no hassle before long flight.”

“Very simple and good value due to the special offer. Instructions given when I booked were straightforward. Maybe some sign with the same instructions could be on the security cabin? I looked around for some and couldn't see anything. I only looked because I didn't believe it could be as simple as described. Turns out it was.”

“The system worked very well and efficiently! Only problem I had was finding the EXIT from first floor of multi-storey Car Park!!!! Maybe that could be a little clearer? I would certainly use this facility again!”

“We were able to park our car in the car park. There was a bus that took us to the airport. There were no problems. It was no better or worse than other car parking I have experienced.”

“The price for the week was very good but when we tried to exit the car park the message said we still owed £200. We had to contact the attendant and it was 10 minutes before were able to exit.”

Dear Mr Smith Please accept our apologies that the exit barrier asked for the full roll up rate on exit. I have checked to see why this is the case, unfortunately the camera has misread your registration on entry. This means the system did not automatically attach your booking to your parking ticket and asked for the full value. If parking has been booked in advance the ticket should be generated at the entry without having to push any buttons. The camera can misread plates on a very rare basis and this can be caused by various things such as weather or dirty number plates. Also I was also disappointed to hear that it took 10 minutest to exit the car park. I have checked the timings via CCTV and can confirm the total time to exit was 2 minutes and twenty seconds. I can appreciate this may feel like a long time while waiting at the exit but the staff do need to confirm the booking before allowing exit. Thank you for your custom and I hope this explains what has happened on your recent stay.
