“Very easy to use but poor value for money”

“Can Park is excellent facility plenty of spaces and of great value. However Exiting the car park from the 1st floor is a minefield, Signs which are hidden by beams until you are almost underneath them or past!. The signage leaves a lot to be desired, hidden on the ramp for the down rather than clear road markings in addition I hate to think what it's like at peak times or how many close calls or even incidents you've had in that car park.”

“The cost to park is too high - even with the discount special. It would have been nice to have received an email saying that once booked all you do is drive up and the camera captures your licence plate number. However, I wonder how this works if your decided to use a different car. Break down etc.”

“Booking was very easy online. Drove into car park, explanation on ticket machine for those who have prepaid was reassuring. Upon leaving car park, there was no hassles, barrier raised upon placing ticket in the machine. No more waiting at ticket machine to pay.”

“Long stay offered much better price at a time when the other car parks were obviously busy. Dropped our car, walked to bus stop and the bus came almost immediately. On our return, my partner waited to be picked up with luggage while I went to get the car. No long stay car park bus at terminal, but immediate response to using the bus stop phone - both with reply and then bus appearing. Very painless experience - hardest part was remembering where I'd put my ticket!”

“It is great arriving for a flight and having your car there on return but.................oh so expensive!! Really would have to think again before paying almost £40 for car parking for two nights!!”

“Good and very frequent bus service to and from the airport. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable bus. The system needs to highlight how the system works with regard to bus stops in the parking area which could be announced by the bus driver.”

“Straight forward. No need to pay at machine or to have the ticket checked anywhere. Seems more pricey than I expected, but it did offer rapid access to the airport without the need of a transfer bus - useful for when time is tight. Plenty spaces in the car park.”

“Convenient and pick up was quick coming and going, the long stay bus driver could have been a bit more cheerful though. This is only the second time we have used the long stay car park so difficult to compare with other car parks.”

“Parking first class. Customer service poor. Although I prepaid the parking, when exiting the barrier ticket machine wanted 4times the amount. When speaking to customer service their under standing of the English language was very poor to say the least. After much explaining and spelling words I got out without the extra payment.”

“Very handy, easy to get to and leave. Didn't figure out how to get the Priority Security access which was supposed to be included in the price (and even with a significant discount it wasn't a low cost).”
