“Good to avoid queueing at busy times. But rail for trays to be screened is so badly designed - tight corners that trays won't go round, so have to be lifted and turned round the corner. Bit of a design flaw!”

“We went to the lounge before our flight and as usual was very good- the lady at the desk dealt with us efficiently. I was slightly dosappointed in the 'breakfast selection' which was a lemon sponge the last time we were in the lounge at the same time we were offered scones and also crackers and cheese etc. None of which was on offer this time. But will return again as its good value for money”

“I had a problem with my car and was surprised that no one was on sight. Contacted by the telephone provided and was able to get the AA to tow me out of the carpark. I was surprised that number plate recognition is not used at the exit!”

“Booking the car park (on-line) was very easy. The car park itself is well lit and very convenient for the terminal. One thing, however, did mar the experience. I missed the entrance to the car park on first pass because signs to it mentioned "Short Stay", as does this survey. I would consider that a week is a long stay and so was looking for another entrance. Nevertheless, this was not a problem as, when there was no other entrance visible, I knew I could do another circuit and enter your car park. Imagine my surprise, therefore, when I was charged £1 for this mistake - just to exit the road and drive around to the car park entrance - not the most auspicious start to our holiday!”
