“The guy who fitted the smart meter had not fitted that type of smart meter before, and the colleague who he was supposed to be shadowing was ill.
The end result was that it took him the day to install it because he had to make phone calls to ask colleagues for advice.
My understanding was that this predicament he was in wasn't necessarily his personal fault, but due to the poor planning and organisation of the company he worked for.
He however did make a valiant attempt to complete the job and succeeded in the end.”
“Not happy at all I phoned up my supplier and asked if I could have another smart meter as my son dropped it and i can't see the screen at all they said it would cost my another £35 to replace not happy- still not got one as not paying £35 to them...
