“the fitters arrived and soon got to work. it seems that the previous job had overun due to being unable to register the meter as the whole system was down. after they had finished they still coudnt get on line and said they may have to re-install my old meter and come again in the future. after a long wait it finally was registered but was left to figure out how to read the meter and the indoor monitor.”
