“I ordered my item nearly 6 weeks ago. It has not arrived. I have sent an enquiry email, with no reply. The last email 5 weeks ago stated my item had been dispatched. The courrier tracker system states they have not recieved the parcel I fully understand the difficult situation with covid-19 at present, but i feel this delay is excessive!
I will be very reluctant to recommend or use this company again if i do not receive correspondence soon.”

When searching for a zipped hooded sweatshirt your brand came up and I had no hesitation in ordering ,in the hope that the quality would be the same .
