“Not great service/communication.
I placed an order for Spiro shorts and got confirmation they would arrive between 8th -15th April.
I waited until the 20th before sending a message to ask when they’d be dispatched, and was just told there was a banner on the website to tell customers about delays. I’d already checked this banner before ordering as I am well aware of the impact of the current situation on delivery times etc. It listed Spiro among the brands they were able to supply at that time whilst orders for other brands were on hold.
I replied asking to cancel the order and got no response.
I sent a new email a few days later, again asking to cancel. They replied on Tues 28th to say they could cancel, so I replied directly and also sent a separate email confirming I wanted to cancel.
The shorts were dispatched to me on Fri 1st May in spite of this. It feels like they chose to ignore my last emails to avoid a refund.”
