Bad business. my order was canceled. I wasn't given a reason, money refunded to me and then about a week later they going to take the money out my account. So I called and then found out that they were out of stock. So just to go back into somebody's account- that's not right, once it was canceled it was canceled, it should have been on me to order again. Also your website needs to be better inventory or whatever if you're out of stock say it on the website. SMH... I ain't even going to mention all the other broken things that I bought few months ago I threw away, cause I wasn't sending back. Lost a customer Bye

Items are poorly made. I've sent several back and had 4 that just stopped working after a couple uses. I won't buy anything else from them.

Before buying read this! No returns, not in their stores, nor online, not even their vendors . If not sure about your product, better buy it elsewhere like Amazon or directly from the manufacturer! When asking about their return policy, in the store verbally they wiol tell you 30-day or 90-days(depending on the purchased product) but in reality, a note at the bottom of the recipe says "all cells are final! No returns or no exchange! We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping at Adam and Eve"

Order placed didn’t realize it was being shipped to an old address. The order had been processed but not shipped yet tried speaking to customer service and both chat representative and phone representative were rude and sounded like they hate their job. Quick order fulfillment is great but when your customer service is trash and rude from the beginning it leaves a bad taste for future business. I won’t be purchasing again from this company as they clearly do not know how to treat the people that support the business

I purchased about 60 dollars of worthless merchandise. Don't give these people your $$ find a good quality company with easier return policy. Products purchased 3 weeks ago and already not working. NEVER AGAIN

They took money out of my account then canceled my order. Said it will take 3 weeks to get a refund. Last time I ordered I got an expired sensitivity packet and then refused to respond when I reached out. I wanted to give them one last chance and it has been a huge mistake.

I received 2 things. One of the things was broken and I don't have the money to send it back nor deal with the hassle. I guess I just won't purchase from here again.

Your marketing is insanely aggressive. No one needs 10 intense emails a day from you, and your nonstop tactics make it seem like you're not a legitimate company, which after looking at your business reputation, may very well be the case. When potential customers share their email address with you, we're not consenting to hearing from a sex toy company all day long. Please get a grip and respect people's time.

Terrible cheap products and when I tried to get a refund customer service gave me attitude and straight up ended the chat on me I've ordered five times and was unhappy this once but because of the terrible customer service I received I will never order here again Fleshlight.com customer service was incredible compared to adamandeve

My order had a total of five products, only two of which I am satisfied with. 2/3 of the pumps broke immediately. The bullet vibe wouldn't turn on after inserting battery and was shedding little plastic bits. The other vibe also wouldn't turn on even after being charged for 24 hours.

Buyer Beware. Adam and Eve is completely irresponsible, and completely lacking in accountability. I made a simple order. That order was then canceled without my knowledge. When I inquired, I was told my bank had canceled the order. So I contacted my bank. They said “No”, it was approved. Even providing the approval code. So after calling Adam and Eve once again I was told it was a “mystery” they had no answer as to why my order was canceled, and made no effort to reconcile the situation. Total lack of accountability! After being connected to a supervisor I was treated as a child, as if it was somehow my fault. She was rude condescending and offered no explanation as to why or how this happened. They charged me anyway and I am now taking this issue to court. I have never, never experienced such unprofessional, irresponsible fuckery in my life. They are a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a toy from them. Did not receive anything except the junk they offered for free. When I called customer service, I was told that the rep was being rude to me because I accused her of being a liar. I explained that no such thing was said on my behalf. I simply called because I was charged for something and after not receiving it for a month, I called customer service. Instead of an explanation or a refund, I was disrespected and talked to in the worst way possible. I took my losses and hung up. Do not make the mistake I made. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered their own Intimate curves, did not get the discount promised, and the item stopped taking a charge. They wanted me to pay to return the defective item, but finally sent a replacement. The same thing happened. I have 2 useless vibrators in 4 months, and once again they want me to pay to return it. One of the customer service agents was rude right from the start. No thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. You can't even leave a review for the products.
