“Ordered a few things on 9/1. It’s currently 9/13 and no package to be seen. I have never encountered such horrible customer service. Why are they like this?!?! I contacted them 3 times. Today, I had enough and told them to issue a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Looks like I’ll just order from Amazon from now on. Should have just done that to begin with. “I placed my first order with adam and eve, paid for expedited shipping, expedited processing and was expecting delivery on a specific day. I did not receive it when promised so I called customer service to find out what happened. The rep told me they would not sell to me because my name and address were flagged because of an order over 4 years ago that they said they somehow lost money on. I asked about the purchase 4 years ago and they said a female returned something so they wouldn't sell to anyone at my residence. Me, being male, asked what does that have to do with me? All I got was sorry, is there anything else I can do? I asked why I had to wait 4 days and call them to find this information out? The lame answer I got was we don't know about the orders until someone calls. Worst customer service ever. Don't waist you time with Adam and Eve.”
“Their shipping is so slow it is unbelievable. Ordered over a week ago. Tracking shows the items in limbo somewhere in Ohio. Customer service will not help for another week. Ordered on Amazon and already have items in hand after one day. Will return products, if they ever show up.”
“BE WARNED...THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTERWARDS. I tried to make a purchase on Adam & Eve...a purchase that Adam & Eve said was rejected by my Credit Card company (although it still shows as "Pending" on my credit card account). I then tried to make the purchase via Paypal. Pretty quickly, I get a message that this order was processed, but I noticed that Adam & Eve had went into my account and changed the shipping address from the P.O. Box I listed - to my home address (presumably, provided by PayPal). So, I sent a follow-up email to Adam & Eve asking them to redirect my order back to the P.O. Box address that I had previously listed. Then, I get an email in response from the company threatening to close my account because I had "used their discount codes for multiple orders" - which is the same order that was cancelled by Adam & Eve the first time I tried to execute the order. Also, they said my order had been cancelled...which, in their system, still shows as "processed." Lastly, they refused to change my shipping address. In short, if you are trying to protect your identity and don't want your sexually explicit packages to be delivered to your neighbors house (by mistake), use another company. Adam & Eve will not even try to work with you. At this point, I have three credit card transactions that are showing as pending, and no order being processed (all have been cancelled by Adam & Eve). I have to trust that Adam & Eve is going to eventually refund my money. With the lack of customer service provided thus far, I feel that I'm going to have to fight to get my money back. BE WARNED...use another company.”
“My mom has items from here, and I decided to buy one. Apparently 19 years of age (a legal adult) is not old enough for a sex toy, because they never sent my item and I had to chargeback. I've officially given up on trying to buy sex toys and I'm going to go back to my old lifestyle of having relations with random men I meet. Great going, Adamandeve.”

“Bad business. my order was canceled. I wasn't given a reason, money refunded to me and then about a week later they going to take the money out my account. So I called and then found out that they were out of stock. So just to go back into somebody's account- that's not right, once it was canceled it was canceled, it should have been on me to order again. Also your website needs to be better inventory or whatever if you're out of stock say it on the website. SMH... I ain't even going to mention all the other broken things that I bought few months ago I threw away, cause I wasn't sending back. Lost a customer Bye”
“Before buying read this! No returns, not in their stores, nor online, not even their vendors . If not sure about your product, better buy it elsewhere like Amazon or directly from the manufacturer! When asking about their return policy, in the store verbally they wiol tell you 30-day or 90-days(depending on the purchased product) but in reality, a note at the bottom of the recipe says "all cells are final! No returns or no exchange! We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping at Adam and Eve"”
“Order placed didn’t realize it was being shipped to an old address. The order had been processed but not shipped yet tried speaking to customer service and both chat representative and phone representative were rude and sounded like they hate their job. Quick order fulfillment is great but when your customer service is trash and rude from the beginning it leaves a bad taste for future business. I won’t be purchasing again from this company as they clearly do not know how to treat the people that support the business”

“They took money out of my account then canceled my order. Said it will take 3 weeks to get a refund. Last time I ordered I got an expired sensitivity packet and then refused to respond when I reached out. I wanted to give them one last chance and it has been a huge mistake.”
