Horrible customer service rude. Shipping department has their head up their butt. For some reason, orders are not being put out when you're told they will be or in my case. I was told it went out 3 days prior come to find out. It was still in the warehouse, 4 days after they order. They used to be a very good reputable company. Quick shipping, good customer service. They now suck. Just order your stuff off of Amazon, you'll get it quicker. Less of a headache. And anything you can get on there, you can get on Amazon. Or a local shop?

Free item was a "lustful joy rabbit" which I initially thought was going to be tiny, but I was pleasantly surprised by the size. Until I tried to test it. With known good working batteries, the item does NOT power on correctly, once you put the batteries in. You have to fidget with the top to get it to a spot where they'll turn on, and then you have to hold it PERFECTLY still or it shuts off randomly. I also had issues with shipping. I paid for "rush processing" as they put it, and I paid on a late sunday early monday for it. The item then proceeded to sit for 3 days before it FINALLY said it was "awaiting pickup". It wasn't picked up until the original projected delivery day. I then sat and waited another full week for the item to finally be delivered with an item that barely functioned included in it.

Do not use their website. They closed my account for “suspected fraud” but wouldn’t provide any details, even though my credit card company confirmed no fraudulent charges had been made, and offered no resolution. Didn’t even notify me but took my money until I called asking why I didn’t receive my order. Additionally, the staff is rude.

Their website acted like my first try at ordering didn’t go through. It actually did, but I didn’t realize until a few hours later when checking email is the items were ordered twice. I contacted them right away to cancel the order. They refused to do so even though I contacted within 4 hrs and they hadn’t even dropped the package off to the post office. Now I have to wait up to 10 days for the package to arrive just to send it back. Ridiculous. Probably just going to start a dispute with my credit card company after seeing so many other bad reviews.

Horrible. They double authorize your orders!! I ordered 185$worth of products for my wife and Iand the charged me twice for a temporary authorization and have to wait 5 days for my money back!

Horrible first experience. Ordered my product around mid-June and was told I'd receive it late July, which was already a bit insane; when the delivery date arrived and I didn't get my package, I checked the status of my order and found that it had been canceled & the delivery date was pushed back an extra few weeks. Never received it. That's 30 dollars down the drain. So stupid.

The worst customer service ever. I bought something and tried to return it. It was a nightmare. I admit, I didn’t realize they hadn’t credited me for a couple of months, but when I sent them an email to inquire about it, it was an entire circle jerk (pun intended). I didn’t like my product and returned it less than two weeks later. That’s money I will never see again. Just go into to a store. It’s not worth your mental sanity. I also paid almost $30 to return it. Salt in the wound…..

DO NOT use this site. Horrible service, rude staff, and lots of lies. Can't get a straight answer about whether or not my order actually shipped, was told it did, then two days later got a partial refund for an item that wasn't in stock and couldn't be shipped. Never told anything. Still waiting for my order and nobody could tell me anything for certain.

My free items does not work and because I checked in in and out as a guess without creating an account and I accidentally deleted my original email, I cannot return or exchange.... The thing is The free incentive. It's one of the reasons why I went on the website multiple times to purchase

Ordered things and never got any of them. No updates on where they were or anything. Called to see if something could be some and the person the on the phone hung up in my face. Terrible.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I bought a product, did not like it. Returned it, now I have $100 invested, just wanted a different product. They received the return kept it and never replaced it. I will never use this company ever again!

I use to always order from Adam and Eve well no longer! This order was supposed to arrive today and so I decided to contact them. Mind you I’ve already had to contact them about delivery several times bc they never sent me the tracking number. I contacted them today and am told the order was rejected?!? This is the second time. I’ve waited for over a month and finally decided to request for a refund. I don’t recommend ordering from this company you’ll never receive your package!

Ordered through their texts to get discount and free items it claimed. I received the discount but ZERO free items. The local adult store gives out tons of free samples on stuff. Avoid Adam and Eve and shop local. This place is a rip off.

Had an expensive package that went missing from Adam and eve, I call customer support because I was getting no help via email let's just say customer service is so rude to paying customers, the lady literally thought she put me on hold while speaking to another agent calling me a liar and other names and when I let her know I heard everything she denied like I did not just hear what she said. The email customer service is no better they are just as rude, this company does not care for its customers and will fight tooth and nail to issue a refund even though you had purchased package insurance.

I placed an order on the site and entered my correct billing and shipping address. I called Adam and Eve and the the representative stated that since I used Apple Pay and there was an old address in Apple Pay, the system rerouted my package to my old address. She shipping date was set for Monday but the representative kept saying that the package already shipped so I had to wait and call Monday to have the package returned and my only option was to either pay $50 to have it rerouted, or receive a refund fur the package, but not be refunded for the expedited shipping fee I paid since it already shipped. The representative kept saying “as I stated” every time I asked another question. I called back and asked for a supervisor and got the same representative, who stated that she is the supervisor. I asked for a different supervisor and she said there is no one else but her.

I ordered from them and only got half my package. When I called to ask about it the lady was super rude and told me "it's not are fault that you didn't read that it was out of stock" it did NOT say it was out of stock when I ordered it. The next big issue is that they charged me for the whole order even though she claims they don't bill for out of stock items. Then when I told her I had the entire amount taken out of my bank (I opened it while I was on the call with her) by "adam" she justs goes highly doubts that and if there's anything else she can help me with she will discuss that I would not suggest this company especially seeing there are companies I have never had problems with

Be careful using Apple Pay. I filled out the whole order with proper billing and shipping address then when I used Apple Pay it used what I hand saved on Apple Pay instead of what I filled out. I just noticed when I went to check my recite. I realized what happened so I called him immediately and they told me sorry it’s already been too late when I called less than eight hours from when I placed the order. The order says processed but says it doesn’t actually ship until the 10th today is the 7th but they can’t help. BS

I order a few toys one October 21. I received 2 of the 3. I let them know I am missing one and they said it will be shipped out right away. I am still waiting and it's December 2nd now. I have reached out 4 times the last month and keep being told it will arrive and picks a date. I wait and on that date nothing. Today was the 3rd date and I contacted again and was told by the 5th now. I asked how it can be guaranteed to actually get it this time and Wayne just said well it's the date I see. He was not helpful and none of them has been. I will never use them again
