“Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! They made designing the wristbands so easy, and the bands looked great when they came. Quality wasn't totally amazing - some had smears of colour in the wrong place, or colour too thin in sunken sections - and it's a shame they take so long to come, but they're still good value for the price. I had problems with delivery by UKMail, but Adband staff were absolutely brilliant at sorting it out.”

“Great site, great staff, not bad sample product – though expensive, and, of course, when the product itself turned out to be sold out for bulk order, the promise to deduct the cost of the sample from your final order is rendered somewhat meaningless. I am not exactly sure what I will do with a £9 branded stress toy that has someone else's logo on. I'd like to use them again – the site is wonderfully built – but would have to be ordering something for six months' time rather than six weeks'.”

Hi Chris, Many thanks for your lovely words but of course we are disappointed that we were unable to fulfill your requirements. Our standard lead time is 3 weeks on most products but on occasions the stock isn't available. I will contact you later to discuss this in more detail.
