Service is very good but that all falls down when the quality of the product you receive is way less than expected. Lot's of excuses about it being the fault of the artwork and we should have expected it to fill in but when I sign off a proof that looks perfect, I expect to receive what I have approved. Result, I have an unhappy client and I won't be trusting Adband with my business again. Suggest you work on your resolution policy a bit more.

Really poor this time Sent someone else's badges Very slow response to put it right Had to chase Situation only saved by prompt actions of Tia Well done, her But REALLY poor this year

I had not received my order after 5 weeks despite my payment being taken. When I checked with Adband about the order, they were unable to track it down and therefore it had to be re-ordered taking another 3 weeks. No compensation and poor customer service. Unlikely to use Adband again even though I've used them for over 5 years.

Our invoice was paid but our order was not processed - long delay!

Wrong product delivered on two occasions. Length of time to get products uplifted and replaced. I placed an order for lanyards and its taking weeks for delivery.

Hi Jim, Many thanks for your review. It was incredibly unfortunate that your last order was littered with errors. I can assure you that it is not standard practice at Adband and we always aim to put measures in place to avoid the same thing happening again. In ref to your lanyard order, you we're advised before placing the order of our lead time and they are still very much on course to meet the estimated date. I very much hope that you will give us the chance to prove ourselves to you in the future.

Hi Kieran, I am so sorry to hear your sample has not yet made it to you. We had no idea as we had been sent details advising that it had been dispatched some time ago directly to you. We have ordered another to come to our office so that It can then be sent to you by courier and can be tracked. Many apologies once again.

The delivery took too long - and to charge £9.00 for a 2 ball sample (not made clear at point of order) is extortionate. A dozen Premium Titleist balls (ProV1) can be bought for under £40. The NXT Tour ball is certainly not their premium ball so at £4.50 per ball for the sample is outrageous. To show a picture of a boxed dozen NXT Tour balls when offering the sample is rather misleading when a box of just 2 arrive through the door........not impressed!!

Paid for my item on the 4th, shipping confirmation e mail on the 7th......now the 15th November and no sign of purchase arriving?!

I thought the window was like an envelope where I could slide something in. Still I tried to utilize the window but the label keeps falling out. Not enough area to hold it. Also, the size is way too small. These supposedly fit adults.

Promotional item (credit card torch) ordered 26 April and I initially thought turn around in 48 hours but was advised I would receive by 6 May. Eventually received on 12 May with the item having been dispatched from UKMail depot on 11 May with no explanation for delay. I'm now wary of placing a full order as the experience so far does not inspire confidence. Simon H

The produced product is good and represents very good value. Unfortunately I have found the staff to whom I have to talk to ( to arrange art work etc.) have been very difficult and downright rude, I have had to use this company on several occasions due to financial restrictions but I dread having to communicate with them.
