“called 5 times when wristbands didn't arrive did not receive one call back, argued with staff to send me black wristbands.”

“Terrible service. Don't advertise and charge someone for "samples" if you can't provide the proper sample.”

Hi Jackie, I am sorry you have been satisfied with our customer service. Most of our samples are free of charge and we refund straight away if requested samples are unavailable or returned to us. “I placed the order and paid in advance after waiting a month I called chasing goods and they said that they hadn't received the cheque. I confirmed that we had the correct address which it was. I cancelled the original cheque and resent again waited another month to find out they said we hadn't paid again. They never called back when they said they would so I cancelled the entire order”

It was incredibly unfortunate that your cheques were sent to our previous office address and were not received by us to enable us process your order for production. I would like to assure you that we have since put measures in place to avoid the same thing happening again. I very much hope that you will give us the chance to prove ourselves to you in the future.

“say can do although we can provide customised samples on request at an additional cost. If you have any preferences about what kind of sample you require, for example if you'd like a specific colour, please mention this on the checkout page and we'll try our best to send you a sample that meets your requirements. done that then they just refunded me what a waste of time and effort”

Hi, I am sorry you have been satisfied with our customer service. Most of our samples are free of charge so we refund straight away and the sample then follows and we always email to advise. “The nylon drawstring bag was of very poor quality. Single stitched seams just came apart very easily.”

Hi Graham, We are sorry to hear that your sample was poor quality but if we don't know it's impossible for us to rectify. I am sure we can refund the sample. If you would like to send photos via email we will sort that out for you straight away.

“purchased twice from Adband within 6 months, both times was contacted after full payment had been taken to advise that the cost of the item had increased had further payment was needed. I asked for a refund on both occasions.”
