Products of Adband were very nice and we were all impressed by the final products in terms of quality of the material and design. However the process to get there had been quite challenging. We started with some designs and quotation and then designs had to change because prices were different. We specifically asked for things and at the end we had to compromise since what we wanted was not possible. We were not able to go to any other supplier because we had very tight times by then, however we would have probably decide differently if the conditions were not as we spoke about at start. I believe clarity from the start on expectation in terms of budget and delivery should be something for you to work on, especially for the high quality of products you deliver.

I managed to get what I wanted done Nikki was very helpful and went above and beyond as I have never ordered this sort of stuff before. My only complaint is the order had changed from my original order that I made which I was extremely disappointed with but I suppose it was my fault as I should of checked it. But I was asked so many times to check and recheck it that I never. But I never expected my original order to change as it did but I gave no instruction too.

Hi Colin, I am sorry that you did not receive exactly what you believed you had ordered. This is the reason we ask customers to be certain to check the final artworks with care so that this kind of thing can be picked up. Your order had so many checks because there we lot's of little changes along the way and it was important that we covered all bases to make sure the details we're correct. Sincerest apologies.

The wristbands didn't arrive on time despite when ordering explaining the urgency of his! Won't use them again.

Hi Emily, I am very sorry to hear that your bands did not make it by your requested date but from what I can see we we're only a day late and we do make it as clear as we possibly can that our dates are estimated. We do all we can to meet dates and 90% if not more of our orders arrive on or before the estimated. I very much hope you will give us the opportunity in the future to prove that.

To be honest I've been disappointed with Adband on this occasion. Having used your company for 5 years or so I've always been pleased with the service and product but on this occasion the price increased by over 30% and the wristbands are poorly finished with infill printing missing on several of them.

There were a few issues with our order but the response to rectify the errors, or at least the promise to make up for it, with future purchases reassured us that this is not a common occurrence and we are hopeful it won't happen again.

Great site, great staff, not bad sample product – though expensive, and, of course, when the product itself turned out to be sold out for bulk order, the promise to deduct the cost of the sample from your final order is rendered somewhat meaningless. I am not exactly sure what I will do with a £9 branded stress toy that has someone else's logo on. I'd like to use them again – the site is wonderfully built – but would have to be ordering something for six months' time rather than six weeks'.

Hi Chris, Many thanks for your lovely words but of course we are disappointed that we were unable to fulfill your requirements. Our standard lead time is 3 weeks on most products but on occasions the stock isn't available. I will contact you later to discuss this in more detail.

My account manager is lovely and really helpful, and gave me really good service, but my first initial telephone contact was very rude so it was only that I'd ordered from you previously that I continued with the order.

Ordered 500 thin silicone wristbands. Price, delivery speed and packing was good. Unfortunately many of the wristbands were printed slightly patchy with the yellow running or not completely solid. Some were printed slightly off center. All still sellable, but not perfect.

Friendly and helpful feedback from staff but some of the wristbands quality were a little off. Some black ink was missing in images and text on band.

Overall we were happy with the service. The website was clear and easy to use and our need for a very quick turnaround was accommodated. The Lanyards arrived on the day we needed them. The only negative comments would be that on the website - the image of the product we ordered seemed to be a tough woven fabric, and the product we got was ribbon, and so a lot less sturdy than we were anticipating. So we felt that the quite high price per lanyard was for the turnaround time rather than the quality of the product. Also the website told us we could choose a pantone colour, which we did and accepted a slightly higher cost for this service. But we were later advised that this should never have been given as an option as you were unable to match a pantone on this product.
