“I gave them two stars only because I have two Aero rifles that look great and run flawlessly. Those rifles took months to arrive and Aero blamed the delay on the state laws changing. My recent order “in stock products” has taken five weeks to start arriving and the upper receiver is still in processing. Next time I’ll pay more if needed to purchase from a company that doesn’t drag their feet or mislead me by saying items are in stock when they’re not.”
“Getting a hold of customer service in impossible. Was on the phone over 1.5 hours just for their line to go out. You try to call back and all of a sudden no one is available and to call back later. Their on line chat is a joke also. Over 4 times i have been disconnected from their chat just before I was in the 10 next in line to be answered. You send e-mails never a response. I just want an update on my order because I assume they are way behind on their 3 to 7 business days for shipping...”
“They make great equipment but I don’t recommend purchasing from them directly. Customer service? What customer service? I don’t think they’re familiar with the concept. When you sell contraptions that exceed 50K PSI pressures, you want a manufacturer that’s willing to communicate. The ticket system is a cruel joke, and when you call to enquire why your parts haven’t shipped after a month (their site very clearly said orders ship in 3-5 days), they act annoyed. I was going to build a Solus next but they won’t see a lot of $ from me anytime soon.”
