“I’ve ordered plenty of stuff from them before and they used to make very high quality parts however they have fallen off recently. Expect to wait 3-4 months for your order and if you want to talk to customer service expect to wait 2-3 hours to talk to someone. Main reason I order from companies “like” this is for the quality parts and customer service to back it up for warranty however good luck trying to reach them. At this point I’m willing to pay a higher premium for parts that don’t take forever to fulfill and anodizing actually matches (don’t believe their excuses, there’s plenty of companies that don’t outsource their work). What makes a company is people that stand behind their product but you won’t find that here.”
“I placed an order for an upper, bolt group, charging handle and lower. When I placed the order, all items were listed as ‘in stock’. I did receive the upper and bolt. However, I have not received the lower or charging handle. I have made numerous attempts to contact Aero precision regarding the status of the remainder of my order. I have placed many phone calls with a total of many hours on hold without any answer of my call. I realize inventory changes. But this has been for months now. I am disappointed with the lack of communication from Aero Precision. I WILL NOT order from Aero Precision again.”
“They do not respond to warranty claims, do not returns emails, on chat and put into a que that is never answered. As far as I can tell they are close to being a scam from what I have read from others along with my personal experience.”
“Terrible customer service! First they tell you they have expedited shipping but then tell you that you are not going to get your product in any efficient time frame. So then you try to cancel. Oye! Good luck with that! Emails went without a response and no one picks up the phone. Joining the chat is good idea but plan to wait "on hold" for up to 3.5 hours, get booted from the chat at least once only to rejoin back at queue position 7, and continue to wait to have someone answer your question. Good grief!”

“UPDATE - I was on hold for FOUR HOURS and then they hung up on me. I live on the East coast, so not even 3pm out there when they cut the call. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Bought an upper on 1/3/25 and on 3/3/25 the order is still processing. Their online chat drops you as soon as you get close and calling is useless. I am currently on hold for THREE HOURS trying to inquire when my order will ship. They had no problem taking my money but it has been crickets ever since. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for parts.”

“This company has to be the absolute worst company There is when it comes to customer service I ordered stock parts that was to shipped in 5 to 7 days. It’s been over two months.
I’m a disable veteran on a fixed income. They were more than happy to take my money and not send me my order. Zero customer service no way to get a hold of anybody there buyer beware do your business somewhere else.”
“Ordered and was immediately charged through my bank. 1 part was shipped 6 weeks later, the other part has not shipped in 2 months. Repeated calls, chat messages, and emails. NONE were answered. Hung up on repeatedly on calls and chats. Longest hold before being hung up on was 2 HOURS!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM AERO PRECISION. ZERO customer service. No invoice or email contact.

“Aero has some of the worst processing times I have ever seen in a company, they give Optics Planet a run for their money. They also have a horrible problem of marking stuff as "in stock" when they are actually taking backorders. Just to show an example I attached my original order AS A DEALER, after inquiring why it was taking a bit long I was told it should ship in December, well here we are almost mid February and still waiting. Even asked to cancel the order and radio silence.”

“Done with this horrendous joke of a company, I build a lot and the only time I have problems is when I use aero precision. Bought a complete upper and the handgaurd was defective right from the box. They agreed to send a new handgaurd...been over a month and nothing. Not the 1st product I've had that was junk just the 1st I complained about. IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. Reported them to the BBB. Never again will they get any of my money.”
