“The order process today was quite good apart from trying to enter the discount code I had as it kept disappearing from the check-box however after persevering it did work and the discount was duly applied. I discovered Aery Candles last Christmas (2024) and now they are my 1st choice of candle gifts to give people taking over from another brand I used to buy regularly for gifting.”

“Love the products but not the customer service. Incorrect items sent - waited in for collection from DHL. It no one came. Emailed Aery and to date to reply. Parcel collected following day but my replacement items not shipped until 3 days later. On top of that not even an apology. Hate to write a bad review but of company won’t engage with emails what can you do??”

As someone who's quite particular about scents, I was initially drawn to its title - imagining it woud be wonderful and once I experinced it I can't go back. It's beautifully balanced between fresh and comforting. What I love most is how it creates this gentle, welcoming atmosphere without being overwhelming. I've lost count of how many times visitors have paused mid-conversation to ask about it! It's become my end-of-day ritual - walking through the door and being greeted by this calming aroma instantly helps me transition into relaxation mode. Even after months of use, I still catch myself taking an extra deep breath to savor it and it's why I keep coming back! While I've tried various room fragrances over the years, this one stands apart.
