“The website is very minimalistic, very aesthetic, easy to use and I liked the recommendations of the same range of products as I was shopping. I had used the diffuser of the range I purchased from today and loved it! It lasted two long and the fragrance was beautiful! One of my forever favourite. “Website is fab, easy to search and find the right thing! I had an issue with products changing price when I went to checkout tho :( Two candles showed as £8.75 on the site and in my basket, but £10.50 every time I went to pay! A little annoying, but ordered in the end anyway.”

“The website appears functional and the prices (on Black Friday discounts) were excellent. Unfortunately it appears impossible to buy more than 1 item at a time. My "giftee" had two items on the wish list and with the discount I decided to buy both as this was still below the recommended amount. However there was no discoverable way to add the second item to the cart after adding the first. I could only achieve two seperate shopping carts (and so 2 postage charges). Very frustrating when so much else was positive.”
