“Order and product both fine but Parcel Force delivery lets you down next day delivery three days later!”

We apologise on behalf of ParcelForce for your order being late. Its very rare that a delivery is late, but sometimes this can happen due to a number of reasons. As I'm sure you can appreciate this does happen from time to time, but we are working hard to streamline our system and make sure deliveries go as smooth as possible.

“This is one of those rare company finds that you forever feel smug about discovering. A English company, making excellent quality furniture, and a very reasonable price. I ordered a workbench to act as a garden potting station. It arrived 2 days later. I could immediately tell the materials were of excellent quality. Then after a very easy assembly, the finished item was superb. Super strong, precise measurements, and it looks very smart. It will last years. Why waste your time buying from a chain that just imports poorer quality materials, with waiting times of weeks, sometimes months. If you like high quality, great human customer service, you will not be disappointed with AG Woodcare.”

“Bought a second tin Fiddes Hard Wax Oil and it arrived on time and securely wrapped to prevent damage . The staff are very pleasant and helpful as always and the price was slightly less expensive than other suppliers in the market but I feel the delivery charge is a bit excessive which obviously adds to the cost.”

“The tin of Hardwaxoil arrived in good time. However despite being well prorected with bubblewrap, the tin was badly dented. Being so well wrapped up, it makes one wonder if the tin was dented before being wrapped up! Fortunately the lid was not displaced.”

HI James, sorry to hear the tin has been dented. Its most likely this has happened in transit, which is unfortunately out of control. We run a strict policy in regards to sending out dented tins. “Very good products , had a crack in an ercol table that other brand fillers just dried to white so chose the mid oak , and then a top up of tea , yes tea, oiled and then waxed . Turned out very well .”
