“Excellent service, very good produce though I found the cluster beans were past their best. All other vegetables I ordered were top class and fresh. David Andrews”
“I was really looking forward to enjoying my six Alphonso mangoes when they arrived.
Unfortunately they were very disappointing. This was because they were overripe and somewhat soggy, especially at the pointy end. Of course, this affected their flavour too.
Perhaps Aha can do something about this? I hope so!
It's the way sellers respond to poor reviews which matters most.
My earlier critical review resulted in a prompt response from Subbu, apologising profusely for the condition of my mangoes and promising to send me a fresh batch free of any charge, which I received today. The perfume which greeted me when I opened the box was sensational. Although I haven't tried a mango yet, this was enough to convince me that they would be delicious! They certainly felt firm and had no black markings on the skin.
I'll post again when I've enjoyed my first mango. Watch this space!”
“I have ordered a couple of things for a festival. The delivery was on time and I have even received customer support for my queries after receiving my order.”
“You made us feel Aha! with both your service and the products. Was very happy with the products you have chosen to go on to your website. Thanks and will definitely recommend your site to all connected to us closely.”
“Very pleased with the quality of the products and services. Quick & prompt delivery. Packaging could be better. Such as making sure delicate items such as vada & pappadums packed safely without getting crushed amidst groceries.”
“Delivery and service were prompt. It's wonderful to see some of the authentically tasted items from back home being offered here in the UK. Look forward to see more traditional and authentic goods in future. Additionally, the customer service is excellent.”
“The website is user-friendly and there are plenty of authentic food items to choose from.
Placing an order was easy and the items were delivered in a couple of days.
I placed an order for items pori uraindai, halwa, vella cheedai, boondi (millet & gram flour), kai murukku etc., The quality & taste of the items was good however, there is too much oil in boondi which was a little bit disappointing”
