“We had approached Virgin Atlantic on 3 separate occasions to seek compensation for a delay of 3 hours in 2013 and were refused on every approach. Once Air Delay took our case up they wrote to Virgin numerous times and eventually instructed solicitors to take Virgin to court. We now have a full settlement and everything was handled excellently by Air Delay. I strongly recommend you let them deal with your case”

“after trying to claim compensation for over 2 years ,for a 24 hr delay . and getting no where with the airline , i handed my case over to air delays , and guess what we won !!!!! it was so easy and my claims manager alex was , ready to answer any of my emails thanks so much ,”

“Very good phone call to give details. well explained, took 4 months for it to be completed which we were told. Notified by email to get back in touch. Delt with the same person ( Alex ) from initial call to email and final call. Would refer to friend's and family. Thank you again.”
