They dealt with everything after initial contact just had to sit back and wait for the cheque.Would be happy to recommend them to friends

Airdelay received notification from solicitors in March ,did not let us know our claim was unsuccessful until we enquired in July.They told us the process woud take 8 to 12 weeks in March TIME WASTERS DONOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE !!!!!

Lengthy delay between submitting claim at end June 2016 and settlement April 2017. Having to chase up several times with the solicitors you use (Butterworths) Originally they came into action because you said BA rejected claim. Then after long delay they were informed by BA you had already been paid. Only their enquires of you finally ended in me being paid. Not good communication all round.

ever since i signed the documents they were impossible to contact, always saying they would get someone to call me back but never did. Originally they told me that because of my particular case situation they would give over my case to a solicitor straight away, but it took approximately 8 weeks until they did so.....

I had to constantly prompt, remind and chase up matters throughout this whole episode, this was initially with yourselves then with the solicitors, - butterworths. I could not recommend your services based upon my experiences.

Time taken for claim to be resolved was a long time in comparison to our friends claim. They used a different company

Misleading information. I was told I would get £250 in compensation. Then it becomes €250 which means when it converts into £'s I lose out. then they take their fee and I was left with £147 which was a huge disappointment.

Very disappointed with the outcome I expected the claim to be higher than it was considering how much we paid for the holiday and the length of flight etc

Hi Mandy, I'm sorry you don't feel the compensation was adequate for the delay you suffered but unfortunately the amount is fixed under the rules, depending on the delay length and flight distance. I can see your flight was delayed just under 4 hours, which was unfortunate as 5 minutes more and you would have received twice as much, but regardless if you chose to handle the claim yourself, chose a different company or went to the CAA the payment amount would not change. In any case, thank you for your feedback and here's to punctual air travel in the future! AD

Seemed like I had to do all the calling around call back service was poor seem like they only had 1 office worker on the plus side when I sent bank details payment was fast just happy it's all sorted now

Excellent service, I didn't know flight number as delay occurred 5 years ago, but flight delay found it and I'm glad to say won me full compensation. I would fully recommend Flight Delay.

We came across Air Delay and Alex through a recommendation from a friend , we had two delays which we had basically forgotten about and had accepted our fate , they were from four and three years ago with Monarch and Jet2 respectively . On one of them , with Jet2 , we only knew the date of travel and flight number . Contacted Alex , got the E-Mail forms , they took minutes to complete and we accepted the T&Cs .... regular updates then came from Alex , we knew what was happening at every step . Five weeks later we got full compensation in line with the regulations .... after paying Alex's fee we had £1,500 that we had basically never expected . Fantastic service and the 25% fee is worth every penny , afterall we started with nothing so 25% of nothing would have been nothing ... you can't miss what you never had !! Brilliant , well done and thanks Alex .

Thanks for the money we received to day, put the claim in may and our money is in the bank.we didn't get as much as we were hoping for, but due to the exchange rate on the euro.
