Made a claim on 9/4/19. Not heard word from them since. Emailed them twice and they have not replied. Absolutely abysmal service and communication.

Had a claim with these guys for 3 years now - solicitors they passed me on to not very responsive - shame as I went on good reviews

6 months and still no compensation. The airline has acknowledged my claim but no cash has arrived. I dont belive they actually do anything except write a letter on your behalf to the airline. If the airline is awkard they do nothing. Dont expect any communication from them. When you email them they say they will chase it up then you hear nothing for another month. The cycle continues.

Airdelay didn't do anything for more then 11 month claiming Ryanair refusing to pay compensation. We went to Ryanair website to make a claim and got the money without any extra charges within a week and an apologie. Airdelay is a rip-off. Do not recommend !

I opened a case on July 29th and heard nothing until I contacted them on August 16th They said they had sent me an e'mail the next day but couldnt verify when Unable to make a claim because a different flight company had an aircraft fault - This is a MAJOR flaw in their advertising and I have also found a common case for rejection - You need to make this simple fact obvious on all your advertising.. Waste of my time

Hi Darren I'm sorry we were unable to take on your claim but we did actually email you the same day you applied. The email was sent on 29/07 @ 17.48 - less than 6 hours after you signed up. On the day in question their was a runway closure at Gatwick, so virtually all flights were disrupted and in such situations, compensation is not due. Apologies if you did not receive the email but I can assure you it was sent. Of course you are free to pursue the matter yourself or instruct another company, however based on our experience we would advise against taking the claim forwards. I'm not sure that leaving us 1 star review is really warranted when all we have done is given you our free assessment of the case. After all, emails do occasionally get filtered our as spam etc, and you could have contacted us long before 16/08 to enquire as to the status of your claim All the best Air Delay

Airdelay received notification from solicitors in March ,did not let us know our claim was unsuccessful until we enquired in July.They told us the process woud take 8 to 12 weeks in March TIME WASTERS DONOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE !!!!!

Misleading information. I was told I would get £250 in compensation. Then it becomes €250 which means when it converts into £'s I lose out. then they take their fee and I was left with £147 which was a huge disappointment.
