Happy to receive the claim finally after giving up trying direct with easyJet. Only issues were the speed between the claim being agreed and the funds being sent to me.

I was very happy with the service. The operator was helpful and polite. All I had to do was give my details , they done nothing. 7 weeks later we got a nice cheque. Thank you so much , I have passed your number onto other people.

Air delay were very active to secure my compensation but I felt quite harassed by them emailing EVERY day to see if I had received the money. My friend did her own claim and was paid in four days. Mine took four months.

The whole process taken far too long made my initial claim late Sept 2015 , finally received a cheque mid June 2016 , others on the same flight received their compensation dec 2015 . However apart from the "delay" aptly named company ???? the overall result is satisfactory and i ended up with more compensation after the fee than the total price of the whole original holiday
