“Having contacted lufthansa myself and getting told I was not able to claim any compensation I got in touch with air delay and they got us back 250 euros each as compensation worked out at about £300 in total after fees”

“Was skeptical but now converted! Flight was delayed and forced to stay overnight to fly the next day. I knew I was entitled to compensation. Filed my claim with the airline and got nowhere. I was not happy as I had been top tier status with them for many years and this was the tactic they chose to respond with. I researched online how to pursue my claim and found AirDelay with their "No-Win, No-Cost" policy. It was a free option for me to see if they could help me obtain my rightful claim money. I filed the claim online in 2018 and then forgot about it. Last week I got an email from AirDelay stating my claim was successful and they were sending me a cheque for 377 GBP. It may have taken longer than I wanted but they were successful with no hassle on my part. I wish I had known about them 25 years ago when I started flying regularly for business. I've had many, many delayed flights. Now they will be my first call next time this happens. BTW they took 30% and I got 70%. It might seem expensive but I thought it was fair.”

“I first used this company after I tried unsuccessfully to claim against Icelandic Air for a delayed flight. It was worth the fee I paid, as I got zero trying to claim myself. After this successful claim, I then decided to ask airdelay to act on my behalf against Vueling Airlines, who had ignored all communication from me regarding a claim for a delay. It took a significant length of time as the case had to go to court. Airdelay kept us informed of the proceedings and on Saturday I received a cheque for £750. Again the fee of 25% was worth it as 75% of £1000 is way better than 100% of zero, which is what I got when I tried to claim myself. I would definitely recommend this company...successful on both claims.”
