skyport service nowhere near as good as what had always been offered with airparks. Not sure if I would use again. The car used to be parked for you, you got dropped off at your car/ or you could arrange to collect your at the airport on the return from your trip. Also to arrange pick up from the airport, it was an automatic phone call where you had to type in numbers before getting cut off half way through instead of speaking to someone personally. Human touch has disappeared.

We arrived at your car park early in the morning when it was still dark and the place was very poorly lit. It made me nervous about leaving my car. I was also glad I was not alone as it did not feel very safe.

Your number plate recognition system at East Midlands didn't seem to work and had to call and. Wait some time to get in. The ticket I was issued with also failed to work when I came to exit, I has to wait some time before anyone answered and was let out. So your technology failed at the long term 4 car park. Bus drivers were good but the bus on the way back had a leaky air con so the floor where you put heavy suitcases was soaking wet. Bus driver was complaining about the inadequate maintenance, he was embarrassed about the condition of the vehicle. So all round. This is the worst experience I have had of your service.

On exit from the carpark machine would not accept ticket which was valid had to contact office. After a long wait, was allowed through. Had a long wait for the buses at terminal.

Luckily we were in plenty of time coming up to the airport at Stansted .... however following the directions as printed out from the website we could not find the car park ... the long stay. This took about 45 mins of our time. In the end we telephoned and spoke to a very helpful guy who told us where to go and explained that sometimes the directions downloaded do get mixed up! No help to us. The car park bus was great and the collection bus driver was excellent. There was also a problem with the vehicle registration at check in so that on departure we had to press for 'help' ... here again the guy on the line was very helpful.

Extremely cheeky check-in experience, not at all like the usual professional service I am used to experiencing. This is the first time I have been disappointed, and I use Airparks fairly often ( at least once a month )

The parking was fine. The priority security add-on, not so much. Fine jumping the queue to get yor boarding pass scanned and into the security checks, but then joined the queue with everyone else. In fact, we then had to queue to be let into the queue by non priority customers. What a load of cack!

Inadvertantly overlooked Cancellation waiver charge ...rang for refund which was promised but never received.

This was not a business class service. Too long a wait for minibus pickup then having to stop at another terminal due to insufficient vehicles available. Then had to endure listening to disgruntled passengers not able to board due to insufficient space. Minibus was dirty and very unhygeinic. Very disappointing service

Location of the carpark was good in regards to closeness to the airport - cannot fault this. Signage to the car park wasn't that good and the ANPR didn't work, it meant that we had to drive up to all the car park entrances and try them all in turn. We ended up just pressing the help button and we where finally allowed in. Also the postcode on the confirmation email sent is to a housing estate. Although I know postcodes are not always precise it would have been worth checking this as it added time on to our journey and then mucking around with the car park didn't help either.

Only stayed for less than 48hours and was charged the same as somebody who stays 72hours. Booked online so had to buzz to get in and was spoken too as if I was a major problem for the staff having to answer a buzzer. Parking spaces could have been alittle wider too. Don't think anybody ever patrols the place to clean it neither as there was rubbish and empty bottles lying on departure and still there on our return. Abit of a rip off to stay right at the airport as you still have to walk out and over the bridge, save some cash and just goto the park and ride and get a bus to the front door!

The carpark was fine and convenient for the terminal, but my number plate wasn't recognised either on arrival or on leaving, despite having correctly provided the number and paid in full well in advance. I don't regard this as normal, so I'm giving the rating poor.

'Meet and greet' suggest someone will pick the keys up and take the car, then meet you with the car once you arrive back.

Post code led me too wrong place when I tried to call I got answer phone message saying office hours and that you where closed, not what you want at five in the morning ! I was up I had paid your money there was nobody to help , total rubbish

The term meet and greet did not meet expectation...the concept gives the impression you arrive give your keys to someone who then parks car and on return meets you with car. The actual service advertised and priced different to the normal parking is really no different! When we asked about why they call it meet and greet on our return journey, we recieved a very rude reply from the man in the building where we had to go and collect key from....not good customer service! Very dissapointed.

Arrival was difficult. So much for number plate recognition!! A million questions whilst left waiting at barrier. When we returned our car had been left tight up against a wall with another car next to us making exit extremely difficult

Had difficulty finding the car park. On return from holiday could not contact park by phone. Had to wait supposedly for another 2 passengers to arrive but honestly think it was so that driver could have a cigarette as we were almost the last passengers out. Our car could not be found when we eventually got back to the park. Told twice that it was sitting outside. It was located after about 15 minutes. As this was around midnight and we had a 4 hour drive in front of us we were less than pleased.

Bus stop at East Midlands Airport not easy to find due to confusion with 'Long Stay Car Park', which I and other users thought was what we had used. Also, because I had only booked a few days in advance I paid approx £90 for seven days. Much too expensive.
