On arrival we had to wait, ask someone and eventually found attendant thinking that as soon as we parked we would just hand over keys. On return had to walk past other car parks to be told car was parked furthest side of car park in the rain but talked attendant into running over and parking it closer thinking car would be waiting for us. Would consider taxi or other car parks first next time

I booked with airparks for my holiday in December 2014. Have booked and paid for the car pak they then send be a discount voucher for 10% off that i cant use.

Had difficulty finding parking place. Surface very rough to wheel suitcase on to get to terminal building.

On exit at the ticket barrier the machine tried to charge me £75 to get out! Luckily I had my paperwork and found a phone number. The man on site was very helpful and let me out but at 8pm in the pouring rain, i could have done without the hassle!!

On arrival at car park all was fine someone took my daughters wheel chair from me to allow me to get my daughter in the minibus . On the way back we had 30 min wait on minibus in the cold!!! On arrival back at park no one offered help with my daughters wheelchair . Left us in the dark no offer to help put wheelchair up and no ramp to go get car key !! Saw my daughter had walking difficulties yet didn't offer to bring car closer . It was round the back of the office !!! Not a happy customer !!!

Every time we use your company we are asked for an additional £88 20p when we return. This is very stressful bearing in mind that there are cars behind you. This happens at every visit. Your comments will be welcome and will have a bearing on whether we use your company again. John Jones.

We found the drop off part easy and stress free, however when you wait 30 minutes to have your car dropped off on arrival it is quite annoying and defeats the purpose of why we booked drop off & pick up!

The location to the airport is perfect, however we were allowed into the red car park when there were no parking spaces available, meaning lots of driving around trying to find a space. Due to time restraints and traveling with my pensioner father I had to leave the car not in an actual space, as I did not have time to discuss exiting without paying and then try to find a space in another carpark causing concern the whole weekend whether there would be a fine etc on my return. Fortunately there was not.

No spaces available when we got to the site. Took an hour of looking before we had to make a phone call to ask if it would be possible to park in the disabled spaces. Went away not knowing if our car was going to be clamped when we got back. Disappointing

Online directions to the car park location are not given from Edinburgh or from the M8 - the only directions given online were from the M9. There was no record of my online booking when I arrived and so it had to all be input again manually.

Frequency of shuttle bus and length of journey from ncp long stay car park to Glasgow airport is not reflected accurately on the airpark website.

This is the 4th time we have used Airparks at Southend Airport and everytime the machine does not read the number plate on either entering or exiting the car park. I have written to complain but have not received any response. This is very annoying and time consuming bearing in mind it can take the operator who you have to call to explain the position too anything up to l5 minutes to answer the buzzer. Really not impressed with this at the moment to be honest.

Located relatively far from airport compared to other airport parking companies. Grumpy driver. Late pick-up from airport on return - had to wait over 20 minutes after calling for the driver to arrive.

Booking service was okay. Paid in FULL by Credit Card. On exiting the Car Park, I was instructed to pay £312 plus after entering the card. I had to press a button on the machine and convince the Guy talking into the speaker that I had paid in FULL. A very nervous moment for me and I do not like that sort of moment. Your Company and Your computer system should not be treating me like this. Now I know this happens, I am prepared for this next time.

your system does not work. It does not pick up the car number. Going in to the car park and going out both times I had to wait along time to get help

Booked through Airparks for booking at Birmingham Airport 31st ofAugust until 7th of September .On arrival at airport at 4 in the morning we were told they had no informat ion of our booking .Eventually let us into car park and said we would have to sort things out on our return .On our return they still said they had no record of our booking and after waiting about half an hour they sent somebody down to check our paperwork and they said it was in order and let us out of carpark.So all in all would say this was not a very good service and gave us a poor ending to a very good holiday.

When we arrived at Airparks it appeared to be owned by Skyport although we booked with Airpark. Our return pickup was by yet another company who took us to a different car park and only to ours last. He never spoke to us and the whole process was very unsatisfactory.

Didn't see a shuttle bus on arrival or when we returned from holiday. Over priced for the service received. Especially based on distance we had to walk with luggage. Luckily we are mobile and it was dry!
