On arrival at Doncaster airport half of the car park was Barried off. There was no spaces at all to park like many other cars I had to park we're ever i could ie park elegally. The other side of the Barries was parking for hundreds of cars.

When we arrived at the car park there was no driver to take us over to the terminal and the man at the desk told us 'the driver had gone missing,I don't know how long it's going to be' In fear of missing our check in, we walked over with 5 pieces of luggage (party of 4) which was made more difficult by the fact it was raining and one of our party is 6months pregnant! Not amused!

Normally Air Parks are very good and are my preferred choice for parking, but on my recent booking for LHR I have booked in the mystery car park (next week), and still have no idea in which car park I am supposed to park! I am told this information will be forthcoming, but until it is Air Parks gets a Poor rating.

Booking process worked well, but on arrival at the airport our number plate wasn't recognised and airport staff were unable to print an entry ticket for us.

Long delay before pick up and drop off. Car park is in a pretty obscure place which was hard to find. When it was found there were nearly no places left and I had to park half on the verge.

Would have been fine, but after checking at the car park kiosk, prior to exiting from Glasgow Airport, at around 1:45 am, I was informed at the barrier that I had an outstanding bill of £230:00 which had to be paid. After returning to the kiosk, this was quickly sorted out by the very efficient attendant on duty, but I could have done without the further delay caused after a 5 hour flight, at that time of day.

any time I use this it never registers my car reg number. I tried to get in the other night and was told over the comm that I had paid for the valet service - even though I was looking at the email telling me I have booked midstay. I could not convince her one way or another. then on leaving the car park on sun evening I had to discuss the ticket with a chap. in fairness to the man, he was great. wish I got his name. he was there in person at the barrier, took my ticket and car reg and let me go after my explanation. no fuss no hass. he was very nice about it all. please sort out the automatic car reg. I would actually like it to work once at least. thanks.

The pre paid system didn't work so we got a bill for £70 at the end of our weekend away. Just a hassle really.

Booked online, car registration wasn't recognised, took ages to get through barrier. Then had to sort out at the desk upon return which is not ideal at 1.30am after a long flight....

25 min wait in the cold to be picked up from our return flight to take us to the car park...not good!

could not gain access to car park at 4am in the morning despite having all correct details. had to resolve when I got back to airport. Fortunately had all my documentation with me.

We arrived on time at birmingham airport and waited for airparks man to arrive.after5/10 mins someone turned up tried to scan for booking in but ciuld not do so.We had to wait for a second person to complete bookingOverall we were there 25 mins, which is not what we expected.It would have been faster to park up ourselves, which is what we payed you extra for.

On returning to the Airport I placed my ticket in the machine at the barrier as instructed only to be told that I owed £79 + when I had paid online> Fortunately the intercom worked and when I gave my name to the person answering the barrier was lifted.

The directions from the A42M were confusing. The signage for pick up on return from holiday was non-existent.

We arrived in good time for our flight at Glasgow long stay car park. We, and a growing crowd of about 25 customers, we're kept waiting for over half an hour baca use we arrived when the only bus driver on duty at 4am was on his tea break. Apparently there was no back up driver. This is unacceptable when your website says transfers are ever 5 to 7 minutes.

At 12.15 when our flight arrived we had to wait for quite a long time for a bus to turn up but there were too many people and we were left wIting again. It was very frustrating to see all the sentinel buses arriving and leaving. There were several mums with tiny babies in arms and the service on arrival was unusually poor. Our flight from Corfu arrived on time so it was disappointing not to have trNsport wIting. I will consider using Sentinel next time.

Hello.I was very disappointed when I was asked to pay 16 pound extra on my way out of the aircarpark at 9:55 pm on sunday despite I had already paid till 10pm.This wasn't acceptable!POORE!

Had to wait 40 mins for a bus back to Jet Parks 3 from Terminal 1, during which time 3 buses for Jet Parks 1 and 2 came past, very disappointing!
