I booked on-line but when I arrived the machine did not seem recognize my registration. With a flight to catch I just took a ticket. On return (at 1AM), the machine then attempted to charge the full amount. The attendant did sort it out but it took about 10 minutes and he slight snottily told me I shouldn't have taken a ticket. He should have advised to stay still and turn on hazard lights while he checked this. I'm guessing I must have used the wrong entrance gate? If so the signs are insufficient.

Office staff a bit surly. Quite a wait before transport to the airport. Once in the bus the drive was great and found a shortcut to the airport to avoid heavy traffic.

Booking the parking and parking the car was easy enough but when I inserted the ticket to exit the car park, a fee of £67 to pay showed on the meter and the barrier would not lift. I pressed the help button and spoke to an attendant who said that the parking booking reference code was invalid and that I should have used the airport's official web site to book parking. After several minutes of arguing, the attendant finally raised the barrier without further charge but I will be wary of using your site in future.

When we arrived at Edinburgh on our flight from Dublin I called the office to let them know of our arrival and when we turned up to the pick up point there was a massive Que. . Only one mini bus was running and as time went on after 3 buses and still no sign of getting on I walked to the parking place from the airport so I could get home as I was working the next day and it was midnight. I don't know when I would have got on the bus but from landing to getting the car was at least an hour ,longer if I waited for the bus.

Very disappointed that Airparks does not monitor flight information. My Easyjet flight 1944 from Dalaman on Sunday 1 June was delayed 24 hours. In addition to the inconvenience this caused, Airparks charged me an additional £15 for one day's extra use of a half empty car park.

The car park I booked was full. After spending 15 mins stuck at the barrier I was told to go to parking plus. Spent another 10 mins trying to get in there. I believe you owe me some money!

We had booked the car park for its frequency of buses. We were running late for check in and ended up sitting for 20 plus minutes waiting for a supposedly every 10 minute bus! There was already a queue of people waiting who had been there at least 5 minutes already. When we finally got to Departures, the gate had shut but thankfully they allowed our bags on to the plane. Yes, we should have gotten there earlier to the car park and shouldn't have arrived so late however if the buses had run as advertised we wouldn't have had so much stress at the beginning of our holiday. We won't be relying on a bus next time and will either be walking to the car next time or using meet and greet.

We paid £45 for the full valet service. The inside of the car didn't give the impression it had received the service we paid for. The dashboard had dust on it and some parts of the interior had small pieces of debris, ie crumbs, fluff. The carpets didn't look shampooed either. Despite this, the parking, dropping off, picking up, and the driver were all excellent so we would use that service again.

The bus service is advertised as a fifteen minute interval service but the bus was not sent for us until fifty minutes after calling them on our arrival at Edinburgh airport. This really added to journey time and was not at all how the service was sold to us. Very disappointed.

I had paid for a quick service that never materialised. I had problems getting into the carpark facility, where the system didn't recognise my number plate. This meant waiting for someone to open the barrier after going through all my paperwork yet again. The same happened on the departure of the Carpark. This caused me to much of a delay and total inconvieience, where the service on description sounded so simple and fast. Very disappointd in the end.

Our flight arrived in on time we were the first suitcase off the carousel and called airparks then waited as directed at stand 5 Edinburgh airport for a full 35 mins before getting collected! There was a very ill lady with cancer an older lady who could not stand for any length of time along with several children all waiting to be collected. We pay for a collection service which is efficient and effective you were unfortunately neither!! Other Parking buses collecting customers in stands either side of stand 5 had three four and five buses in before one at the Airparks stand 5 this was observed and commented on by people waiting in other stands not very good PR!!! On leaving airparks and heading towards the Forth bridge we passed two airpark buses who were obviously being used for other runs other than airport collection once again not good PR! With this experience I would hesitate to recommend your facility or use it again.

I feel you should be allocated a numbered space rather than driving round for ages to find a space. Also as I had to stay an extra night when I went to pay the additional the machine was broken. Other than that it was fine

Staff appeared to be under a huge amount of pressure and could not cope with the volume of business. They were not courteous and had very poor customer relations skills - perhaps a lack of training. We had to wait around 25 mins for our transfer to the airport and were told by the driver, when he eventually arrived, that we could have walked if we were in a hurry. We weren't in a hurry but the transfer service is meant to be every 15 mins. The actual reception area and facilities were like an old run down hut. The tannoy system between the reception staff and the transfer drivers was stuck at full volume and drowned out all conversation between staff and customers. The staff lost the car keys of two customers while I was waiting to be attended to. The woman behind saythe desk queried whether I even had a booking - I did. On my return two days later, my flight had arrived back early and it was clear from comments made by the staff that this was causing them all sorts of problems for some reason. The man behind the counter was verbally rude to my husband. As we were waiting outside for our car to be brought - which took 20 mins - the man did come out and apologise to my husband for his rudeness and complained about how much pressure he was under. On the bright side, we dropped off our car, went on holiday, returned and picked up our car again. However that is what is meant to happen so is not remarkable. It is a long time since I have encountered such poor service and lack of respect for customers. I travel regularly from Edinburgh Airport but I will not be using Flying Scot again. As a footnote, while I was waiting to collect my car, a fellow customer who though I was a tourist, apologised on behalf of Scotland and said he was sorry that this experience was my first experience of Scotland!!! Speaks volumes I think.

We were disappointed that we had to wait 30 mins for our car to arrive, would have been quicker to park at a car park. We also had to wait at least 15 mins for car to be collected from the terminal
