shame but we were kept waiting ages on arrival as the 1 staff member was in the other carpark checking other people in. he was then less than pleasant about my confusion about our return time and on our return the same guy wasn't too helpful when i couldn't find the return paperwork - reason i couldn't find it - he hadn't given me it. poor and not good value for money at all.

On our return we had to wait for some time at the airport for the bus. Some of the other parks had 2 buses come and go by the time air parks came with the consequence that so many people were waiting we were squeezed onto the bus filling all the available space, standing room and all. This caused problems when we tried to collect our cases from the storage area and get off the bus. Very disappointed at the time waisted waiting, it wasn't what was advertised.

I had to leave my car 1 day longer so I had to pay 15 pounds (!!!!) more! For whole week I paid 34 pounds. For me that's unbelievable. I'm very unhappy...

hello the departure was ok ,but on my return to the uk I followed your instruction's but was still left in poring rain for 15 minutes. also when removing the paper floor mat I discovered used cigarette ends on my floor mat which did not smell very nice.

Wrong directions. Number plate recognition didn't work. The old Air parks was far better

Drop off process is slick. More of a drag to reclaim your car and walk to find it - might as well be in the short stay car park. Using the short stay car park would also mean no-one else was in the car. When I got into my car again, absolutely everything that could be adjusted in the car had been - the heating, the steering wheel, every aspect of the seat, the radio and I still haven't got the the seat back to being comfortable for me. What was the guy doing in my car and how long was he in it to warrant all these adjustments to make him that comfortable!! Probably prefer the short stay car park and will return to using that. No benefit for the additional cost plus the annoyance of someone adjusting everything - surely only sliding the seat back and mirror is needed?

First time at East Midlands, whilst no problem was encountered I was disappointed to find that the Airpark Plus secure parking was infact non fenced and completely open to the public from the main road. Security patrols are quoted but rarely seen, and very limited CCTV coverage seems available, all in all very expensive for poorly secured off street parking compared to secure parking at other main airports for a lower price.

Upon arrival to the carpark the sensor didn't recognise the number plate of my car and it took a while to get the barcode reader to read the barcode and then on exit the token wouldn't open the barrier.

Initially there wwere no problems and parking and the shuttle were very good and easy. However the pick up was a total shambles. All documentation confirms that there is no shuttle service after midnight, and gives directions to your pick up point prior to that time. However on ringing the number advising that I had landed and was ready for pick up (before 23.00 hrs) I was advised that the pick up point was different to that advised and that I should go and wait outside departures. I then had to find my way from arrivals to departures and wait for 15 minutes which was not what I wanted after a day travelling and a 3 hr journey ahead of me. If I had known that the instructions for pick up were not as published in the card I was given (and certainly not as adsvertised) I would not have used this service.

I was very disappointed to find my brand new car had had one of the valve caps stolen this might be a small thing for most but when a car park is meant to be secure this is a very poor thing

Registration not recognised on entry nor exit which meant waiting to get through to someone to talk at the barrier and worrying all holiday you were going to charge me twice. On exit same thing - had to wait and dial through and advice how and where I booked. Disappointing.

When I got home to unload the car I found a massive dent and scratch in my drivers door.. I know I could never prove when this had happened but know it wasn't there before....

The driver on the coach from the airport to car park was really abusive to us and other passengers

Sorry for the low rating. This is because the technology let you down. It failed to recognise our car on arrival which meant on our return in the early hours we had to pay £108 to exit the car park. We have used your facility many times and usually we would have been happy to improve our rating.

Barrier would not open; did not recognize my car registration. Had to get help. They gave me a ticket that i could use to get out after holiday. Again the barrier did not open, not even with the card they had given me. Had to park the car again and go back to the office. Very poor overall, I am not sure why I gave it 2 stars and not 1.

Staff snowed under at drop off, and car was 'lost' for 40 minutes at pick up. Obviously completely overbooked

Our car reg wasn't recognised on arriving. We had arrived in plenty of time, so it wasn't an issue this time. Young man on intercom was helpful and polite, and we have to report to office on return for exit clearance.
