directions on where to go were v.poor and the contact driver took 1/2 hour to arrive only after a phone call.

I have to walk quit far from airport entrance with my kids and when leave the car park ask me to pay £190 on the barrier . I will never ever use this services again .

Found it difficult to navigate through. You needed too much info just for a car park. Unable to amend return time after booking. Arrive 3 hours later than stated. Almost impossible to locate meet and greet

On exiting the car part the ticket was declined . The ticket had the car reg on it but an admin error had occurred which meant a 30 min delay .

poor service on are return.long wait for bus than it took an hour after many stops around the car park to return to are car.

I entered the car park very early, then had to drive around for over 10 minutes trying to locate a parking place, I ended up section P, area P5 right at the far end against the perimeter fence, the ground was wet and as the surface was gravel/dirt my foot ware was filthy by the time I reached the terminal. The buses at the car park were very efficient arriving promptly and taking me to T1. On my return I waited for 15 minutes for the bus which arrived at the T1 stop, the bus was massively overcrowded, and the weather was heavy rain, I had a large heavy case with me on arrival at my parking area I exited the bus into a large puddle and began to make my way up P5 to my vehicle,half way down I noticed a large puddle of dirty water blocking my route! I had to then go back to the road go to P3 make my way to the bottom then cut across to P5, so by the time I got to the car I was soaked and filthy! I know the weather is not your fault but the car parking surfaces and drainage is and I have to say it was extremely poor! I will add though that I had piece of mind that my car remained secure during my trip.

Booking not recognised at barrier. Asked for £106 instead of prebooked approx £20. Sorted by calling for assistance but unnecessary hassle.

I ended up booking the wrong car park. It was a bit misleading . I've car parking before at Leeds/ Bradford.

Long wait for bus. Over 25 minutes, long way for car keys. Waste of time. Better to park close to terminal for a bit extra. Won't park again

not bad but too many stones in parts and problem getting out (the main reason I've left a poor rating) - registration recognition didn't work and needed to call for assistance like other people were having to do as well. Inconvenience when you just want to get in your car and go home after a long day traveling.

We had two friends in there seventies with us, we could not drop them near the departures because everywhere there were signs saying no stopping and huge penalties if you did! Arriving back same applied, how are they expected to walk to LL so far at their age, we couldn't get our truck and pick them up outside departures.

Had to wait a ridiculously long time outside the airport at 1.30 in the morning for a bus back to the car park. Very cold and tired after a long flight!

Whaen i deaparted the car park it tried to charge me £91 for parking for which i had already paid and pre booked!

Had to wait 45 minutes for 'Meet & Greet' to pick up car on 22nd May at 5am - no point in using the service - will not do so again. Jon Sykes

25 minute wait for longstay bus on our return. 2 midstay passed by. the queue was tremendous because of delays at shuttle and customs causing very long delays inside suggesting earlier longstay buses may not have been busy ?

Car number not recognised yet again. Was told by John Lennon Liverpool airport they did not have any information from you - which they say is a regular problem with your company. They advised me to use another company. You do not need this problem at 5am in the morning - would be wary of using you again because of this.

Journey to the airport was great no complains. The return at 1.30am was made by a non communicative driver who obviously liked the heaters on his bus at full blast and a loud boorish radio programme. Not a great impression for my first time using this facility, very poor welcome home to Scotland!

the booking hadn't registered and we had to go to the ticket office and get a new ticket then on the way back we had to go and get it changed again
