Very worried about the fact that the costs are advertised as 50% off parking fees when trying to book this in fact only entitled to 10% off actually visited airparks myself as was told by a call handler that the costs advertised were 50% of the costs shown at the park itself, unable to see this info any where. Paid for voucher to be sent first class took 5days to arrive and I don't think it would have ever arrived if I had not checked by telephone.

Worst car hire company ever. Deposit for small car is £1200.-!!!! Distance from Luton Airport is a joke.

We waited for 45 minutes for a pick up, having been assured that a bus was on its way. In the end a bus from another company took us out of the driver's goodwill. It is not at all clear that there was any strategy in place to pick us up. We had family waiting for us at home and we're not at all happy.

There was no courtesy number in the baggage hall so I had to use my mobile which was fortunately still in battery and left a message on an answerphone. No bus had turned up after 15 minutes so I had to call again and got a receptionist who said the bus was on the way. After 30m minutes the driver of an adjoining park offered us and another couple a lift along with his own passengers. When I spoke to the receptionist on eventual arrival she denied receiving my first call although it was logged on my mobile with the time of the call and the subsequent one. She continued to deny the length of time from my first call - by this time nearly 40minutes and never apologised. We certainly will not use this carpark again. This all started at 4.55 in the morning so it was not because they were extremely busy so we were very dissatisfied with the service.

No one available on arrival, had to ring the office and was told "system was down again" . Not encouraging as I was about to leave my car. Worse was to come as my Car is scratched and I did not notice this on pick up as it was dark and wet and as no photos taken it's my word against theirs! Furious.

The summer special car park cannot be easily located so you need to provide adequate directions. The shuttle is not as frequent as advertised and finally the car park attendant forgot to lock my car which is not v professional or safe.

Waited 40 minutes for the car to arrive. Delivery driver was incredibly rude!!!! I told him that we'd been waiting for 40 minutes - he didn't reply. I asked him if he was sorry that he was late and he said "not really". I would have sacked him on the spot! Awful customer service.

A computer fault meant the booked carpark was overbooked and I was redirected to an alternate carpark, further away with poor instructions on what was happening, left sitting wondering which of the many identical minibuses I had to follow. In the end I was delayed by half an hour and it was only pure luck that I happened to turn up early, otherwise I could have missed my flight. Technical issues happen, but despite having both my email address and mobile number, no attempt was made to contact me and let me know of the issue, where I could have gone directly to the alternate carpark in the first place. The alternate carpark is also cheaper but no info was given on a refund so I've currently paid over the odds and been inconvenienced for the privilege. Thanks for emailing to ask how you did, I might not have bothered otherwise.

Paid £18 for parking to find all carparks full. Had to park sticking out on the exit/entrance roads risking my car being hit by passing traffic. Waste of money and only lucky there was no damage to car.

On arrival told that the parking was under water. Follow the bus who did his damdest to lose me. Overflow was somewhere maybe 2 miles away. Sat in the Bus for 15 mins waiting on customers to fill. It took me 50 mins after arrival into what was booked as my carpark to get to the terminal. Terrible service and would not recommend and of course never use again.

I arrived at 05:30 in atrocious weather, there were about 60 people waiting at Bustop 3 and the bus was fully loaded 3 times by the time it passed Bus stop 2,

I had to wait 25 minutes for service and i almost missed my flight. Would recommend using short stay parking as a better and quicker solution, or looking for another service provider. I was very disappointed with the service - it was raining as well which didnt help.

we had to wait almost 30 minutes for transfer to terminal. when we asked via shelter intercom about the wait we were told there had been a bus 15 minutes ago which was a lie, when the bus did arrive only half the people waiting were able to get on.

I booked a meet and greet from Luton and the phone number on my confirmation was for Leeds airport .In attempting to sort this out at 6 in the morning was a nightmare,we almost missed our holiday flight.When the person I spoke to (after asking me whether I was at Leeds or Manchester) was told I was in fact at Luton she hung up on me.I tried ringing the car park number on my confirmation noone answered.Eventually someone from the Luton meet and greet rang me to find out where I was and we managed to sort it out.However on our return the foot well on the drivers side was absolutely filthy,the floor and the door frame were covered in mud and looking at the petrol gauge I believe that the car had been used.As a regular Airparks customer(at least 6 times per year for the last 6 years) this is not what I have come to expect.I paid extra money for a service I did not get.I have 2 future bookings with you nos 9M6TJ and CQJA1.Once I have completed these I will seriously look at Paige Parking

I had booked parking in the meet and greet park at shown on the google map pages rather hurriedly in the morning of my departure. I had to meet my lift at the arranged parking place which I did but asked the attendant if I was in the correct park and he advised me I was. It was only when I was flying back after my brief visit home to deal with my late mums affairs that I realised to my horror I had parked incorrectly and it cost me a further £30 plus to retrieve my car after negotiating with the lady attendant at the enquiry booth. I have been so busy I sadly did not have time to complain as I felt you had my money and would disgard my comments! I will not park with you again after my very costly and stressful experience.

Very time consuming and not enough information for returning flights on how and where to validate your ticket. Will not be using this car park again and will not recomend

Don't even have an Airparks sign, car park states Hrow long term parking. Thought we were at the wrong place. Wasted time looking for your site when were already there. Bus service crap snd driver acts like he's doing you a favour! Doesnt matter you've got a plane to catch if he's on a fag break! Never using you again. Think may alert others on social media.
