A very good place to park your car, Well looked after and very polite, In all a very good service.

This was not what I expected from a meet and greet. Expected help with bags on departure and arrival, not something more like returning or picking up a hire car. In the context of that lesser service it was reasonably efficient

The parking was fine. The priority security add-on, not so much. Fine jumping the queue to get yor boarding pass scanned and into the security checks, but then joined the queue with everyone else. In fact, we then had to queue to be let into the queue by non priority customers. What a load of cack!

CONFUSING TO GET IN CAR PARK BECAUSE NUMBER PLATE WAS NOT RECOGNISED, AS USUAL CAR PARK WAS TOTALLY PACKED BUT FOUND A SPACE AFTER DRIVE AROUND.

The automatic number plate reader that issues the ticket for pre booked / online booked parking STILL does not work. This causes a delay on return as I have to have the incomplete ticket validated before I can get out. This is becoming a major frustration as I travel twice per month

Took too much time finding a car park available, and the transfer bus took ages to come. Other than that, OK

Driver managed to drop me off at the wrong car collection compound, but did come back for us a few mins later. And when we dropped my car off we were greeted by an extremely miserable bloke who looked and talked like he just wanted to go home to bed!

We had to change the dates of our holiday by a few days. Same length of stay at the car park but had to be brought forward by 3 days. Had already booked car parking online so then amended booking online. All online, no calls etc but got charged an EXTRA £12 for the privilege!!! A classic example of rip off Britain.

This was not a business class service. Too long a wait for minibus pickup then having to stop at another terminal due to insufficient vehicles available. Then had to endure listening to disgruntled passengers not able to board due to insufficient space. Minibus was dirty and very unhygeinic. Very disappointing service

Jet parks 2bus doesnt come often enough. I was sat there waiting for 25minutes. Whilst all the other busses past numerous times. Also it could be better and more often sign posted

Everything went really efficiently at purple parking but we felt that it was a little out of the way,the wait for the minibus on our return was slightly longer than expected and traffic in that area very heavy

Location of the carpark was good in regards to closeness to the airport - cannot fault this. Signage to the car park wasn't that good and the ANPR didn't work, it meant that we had to drive up to all the car park entrances and try them all in turn. We ended up just pressing the help button and we where finally allowed in. Also the postcode on the confirmation email sent is to a housing estate. Although I know postcodes are not always precise it would have been worth checking this as it added time on to our journey and then mucking around with the car park didn't help either.

It didn't print my name on the screen when I collected my ticket at the entry barrier. It normally does.

Only stayed for less than 48hours and was charged the same as somebody who stays 72hours. Booked online so had to buzz to get in and was spoken too as if I was a major problem for the staff having to answer a buzzer. Parking spaces could have been alittle wider too. Don't think anybody ever patrols the place to clean it neither as there was rubbish and empty bottles lying on departure and still there on our return. Abit of a rip off to stay right at the airport as you still have to walk out and over the bridge, save some cash and just goto the park and ride and get a bus to the front door!

Normally a very good service. The suggested "meet and greet" at stansted however was terrible. First it's not a "meet and greet" as you have to go and stand in line and wait to give your key in (same on way back) and secondly on way back they did not have the car ready and we waited a further 30 minutes with about 40 other very unhappy customers. No automatic refund was offered, we were told to write in and complain...frankly, I do not have the time! Other meet and greet booked through Airparks at Gatwick have been brilliant...just stay away from Stansted!

The carpark was fine and convenient for the terminal, but my number plate wasn't recognised either on arrival or on leaving, despite having correctly provided the number and paid in full well in advance. I don't regard this as normal, so I'm giving the rating poor.

I had to wait 15 mins at drop off and 45 for collection certainly not the service I was expecting. Formal complaint to follow
